Visited for the first time on Wednesday, April 16th.

I love the jewellery! It’s really beautiful and I especially love the minimalistic feeling.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience at their main store upstairs. I bought my earrings downstairs first and ventured upstairs to see about the permanent jewellery.

I was very interested in buying some forever ankle bracelets. When we walked in, there were two women inside. One might have been a customer but I’m not certain. Either way, we greeted both the ladies and got ZERO response. Not from the one sitting at the table and not from the lady walking around behind the table. I, my sister and my niece walked around the store looking at items, discussing options and picking out a few pieces. I looked back at the ladies at the table again wondering if we’d get any hello’s or we’ll be right with you, or even a look in my direction.

Nothing.

After about 15 minutes of silence I put everything back where we found it and headed out. Not even a thank you for coming in. No apologies.

Huge disappointment! Again love the jewellery, hated the feeling of being...

This jewelry business is locally owned by a husband and wife. I had the pleasure of working with Paraz today to repair a broken permanent bracelet from a different establishment (that we also jazzed up with better quality charms), and get a new permanent one from them. I drove almost 2 hours round trip for this experience and it was worth every single penny. The quality of the chains was superior to places I’ve been. SO many options and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Paraz also helped me stack both bracelets in a way that would compliment my job and lifestyle and he was genuinely such a nice guy! Very free spirited and kind. Funny story.. I went downstairs to explore some of the other stores and picked up another piece by their jewelry store that I loved and did not think twice about doing it because this is a business that actually deserves the support.

My girlfriends and I surprised our friend for her bday by coming here to get permanent bracelets together! We made reservations in advance and it was such a quick and fun process. They have a wide range of options in price and size, along with gold filled, 14 carat gold, and silver. We also saw some charm options up near the register area that looked fun as well! Your reservation deposit goes towards your final price as well which is nice. It’s on the second floor. If you can take steps then the staircase near Domu is the one that will put you right there at the jewelry shop. Otherwise the elevator takes you close and you just walk a short hallway to find it on your left. Cute spot and would definitely come back here...
