DO NOT STAY AT ANY MORADA LOCATION. Theyâre inconsiderate and unapologetic for whatever you experience with them. Theyâll even lie to you without batting an eye. We had a WiFi issue and theyâre only âopen until 5â, which caused us to not have access to it our first night, which caused multiple logistical issues that should never have happened. They gave us the wrong login information and it could have been resolved in minutes⊠The cleanliness level of the house was gross. We had a stained duvet cover (looked like blood) and stained towels throughout the house. Their âsolutionâ was to bring new sheets (which we didnât need?) and a small fleece throw blanket, which left us without adequate sleeping supplies and made our nights uncomfortable and restless. The beds were SO uncomfortable and the TVs volume didnât work in the master so we couldnât use that either. A drain was broken open in an upstairs shower leaving a safety issue for our two year old, which was never addressed. There were also broken toilet paper holders, which were sharp and another saftey concern. Once you express unsatisfaction, they wonât get back to you or reach out about different solutions. Iâve asked numerous times to speak to a manager and itâs been days with nothing. They donât care about people, just making money off of you.    Read moreOriginal contact was fine. We stayed on Le Reve with 20 month old child. First impression was that they supplied items for use of child. However bed was a travel cot but no bedding unless you took it from one of the beds. Stair gate had bits missing so not usable. One en-suite shower door was not secured at bottom so bathroom flooded when used(only did this once then used a different shower), hole in roof of mosquito netting, safety fence round plunge pool not attached at one end, oven led display nit working correctly. Then to add insult we returned from Magic Kingdom late to find our access code to the place was no longer working. Thankfully our cab driver stayed with us while we tried to sort it out. On the up side the man at Moradda who answered our call was able to reset remotely and give us a new access code although it did take him some time to find our booking and confirm we had the right to have access! I would have expected some follow up following that incident but had nothing. Then when when we checked out I tried to email with all the above and my email pinged back not sent as address...
   Read moreI guess I shouldâve read the reviews before booking because lo and behold, it was terrible. The pictures speak for themselves showing how nasty this condo was. Itâs right behind a Walmart, donât expect any privacy because they can see right in. Almost every piece of furniture was scratched or dented. Carpet was old and stained everywhere. Faucet was broken. The management couldnât care less about doing the right thing. Was booked for 2 nights but because it was so gross we only stayed one. I wasnât going to let my kids sleep there. If they donât clean the baseboards, handrails, floors, fridge etc, why would they clean the sheets or the showers? We found towels left by the previous occupants, an open switch on the wall with no cover, hair in the shower and all of the dirt and grime in the pictures. Their solution? âWe can have someone come clean the baseboardsâ. That house would take at least 8 hours to clean properly, the baseboards are the least of my worries.
