New review: szechuan chicken was not good. Just a sloppy soup of vegetable compared to pictures on goggle images. No napkins or utensils im my to go order. No veggies in my vegetable rice I paid extra for. Im not coming back here again after all these years and customer service is bad. Old review; when I first ordered the food was It really good. However, a few time of ordering it wasn’t so good. The man was kind to refund me my money on my last meal since I wasn’t happy with it. So I’m glad that was adjusted because I missed my lunch today since I wasted it ordering my food and not being able to eat it since it was not good. I heard since the owner changed the food has not been the same.

Checked the reviews, 4 stars restaurants will always get me, plus its nearby my place. Ordered hibachi chicken with noodles. As i was chewing, i felt a hard object in my mouth (pause). Turned out to be a staple in my rice. If I would’ve swallowed that, it could’ve resulted in internal bleeding. Definitely turned my experience into a negative one

We’ve ordered delivery from here twice, and the nigiri is usually good. On the last time however, my wife got bad food. We tried to call for a refund, but that didn’t happen. It’s quite a shame, as I really liked their all-salmon plate.

I try to find a decent Chinese takeout restaurant when in a new area and gave Kome a shot. I now regret it. I ordered sweet and sour chicken. The egg roll was great, the fried rice was great, but the chicken had obviously been prepared earlier and sat there getting hard and ropey. This is the second worst sweet and sour chicken I've had in my entire life. I should have been tipped off when the online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready when I got there in 10.
