szechuan chicken was not good. Just a sloppy soup of vegetable compared to pictures on goggle images. No napkins or utensils im my to go order. No veggies in my vegetable rice I paid extra for. Im not coming back here again after all these years and customer service is bad.

I try to find a decent Chinese takeout restaurant when in a new area and gave Kome a shot. I now regret it. I ordered sweet and sour chicken. The egg roll was great, the fried rice was great, but the chicken had obviously been prepared earlier and sat there getting hard and ropey. This is the second worst sweet and sour chicken I've had in my entire life. I should have been tipped off when the online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready when I got there in 10. I am reporting this restaurant to the Florida Department of Buisness and Professional Regulation.

There is picture evidence of uncooked meat being served. I will submit it and have them investigate.

The meat came raw not medium rare or rare. It was uncooked. I orded multiple times from here and this happened twice.

This is NOT safe to eat.

I called to explain to the manager/ owner and they laughed and acted like they couldn't understand and that it's normal for the meat to be like that.
