My City Eats and Entertainment — Restaurant in Orlando

I signed up to Advertise with My City Magazine AKA(My city eats and My city Beauty) with a man that referred to himself Frankie Fresh. He was a patron of my bike store and said that he was running a magazine and that they would write the ad and that this ad would bring me a lot of business so I decided to give it a try! It was the worst experience that I have ever had with Advertising! 1st ,the ads that they wrote had typo's on important content such as my email address and what was billed as a professional ad looked to have been done by someone with entry level Photoshop skills. As well, the Magazine distribution was terrible as I rode around numerous times trying to find the magazine in the locations that they said they should be, I was unable to locate single one. I never had anyone mention that they had seen the ad anywhere nor did anyone ever mention having come to my shop because of an ad that they had seen! After about a year and a few thousand dollars of my money later ,I was sick of it and wanted to cancel. Unfortunately they had some small print trickery that mentioned that you are automatically renewed for another year if you don't cancel in writing 90 days before your initial year is up! I was so furious that I called a manger and told them about my experiences and they said that they would give me some free ads to make up for their inabilities. I told them all I wanted is for them to let me go! I faxed them a letter stating that I wanted to terminate advertising with them Immediately! They now are trying to collect a small amount of an unpaid bill after I requested cancellation. They will never get a another penny from me. I am hoping that the reviews I am posting are of benefit to someone. If I am able to save just one person a moment of my terrible experience then writing this will be well worth it. From what I have found (with both the BBB and Ripoff report) I am not the only person to have had issues with this...

SCAM. If you get Nick, Andrew or Aaron on the phone they are online scammers phishing for suckers on the internet to scam and do bad work. They have no valid or legit proof of reviews, customers, or any sort of experience in digital marketing. No form of communication via email only through WhatsApp.. ALL. RED. FLAGS. If you call the number listed you’ll be talking to a guy named Andrew and you’ll get nothing but whining, he’s a wine bag. He can’t answer any questions about who the CEO of the company is and will tell you the number listed is his personal cell and take your name and number to get you to someone else to try and make you forget about the scheme they’re in. Personally he has no will to possess goodwill and lacks humanity consciously and ethically, lowest man on the pyramid. It’s another internet...
