I typically don’t write reviews, but I just had to share my experience after being helped by an incredible employee named Diamond. I was at this location with a hefty order of 6 footlongs, and I also had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in, Diamond went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.
Despite the long line and the rush of customers, Diamond handled everything with such grace and professionalism. While the other worker stepped away for a moment, she took charge and made all 6 subs in under 20 minutes—impressive, especially given how busy it was. But it wasn’t just her efficiency that stood out; it was her impeccable customer service. She made sure I had everything I needed and even checked in with me throughout the process, engaging in friendly small talk. She was genuinely kind and personable, and it made the experience feel less like a transaction and more like a thoughtful interaction.
What really impressed me, though, was how Diamond accommodated my service dog. She was incredibly mindful and respectful, making sure that my dog was comfortable while we waited. She didn’t hesitate to offer assistance or ensure the space was safe for both me and my dog, which made a world of difference. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who is so thoughtful and considerate, not just of the customer but of their needs as well.
Even with the store being packed, Diamond kept everything running smoothly. The place stayed clean and organized, and the other customers, who could have easily become impatient, were laughing along with her as she moved effortlessly between tasks. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor created an atmosphere that was surprisingly relaxed, even in the middle of a busy rush.
This visit was hands down better than any previous experience I’ve had at this location. Honestly, I believe the old manager should have been replaced a while ago. Diamond had everything under control, and her natural leadership skills were evident in how she managed the situation without letting the pressure get to her.
If anyone deserves to be the manager of this location, it’s definitely Diamond. She not only provides top-tier customer service, but she also manages to do so in a way that’s efficient, kind, and accommodating. The way she treats both customers and their service animals truly shows her level of professionalism and care.
I walked out not only impressed with how my 6 footlongs were made, but with how I was treated as a customer and how well Diamond managed the whole experience. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’m so grateful for the attention and care she gave to both me and my dog.
10/10—Diamond made my visit outstanding, and she absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and positive attitude. Keep up the amazing...
Read moreWe stopped in to Walmart at 9:45 am and spent 30 minutes shopping, There were barely any customers in the store, so we decided to eat at the subway inside this location, boy was that a mistake. The manager, standing next to what appeared to be a DM going through the books, and an associate, and their interaction with us goes like this. The manager looking down at the cookies on the trays gave the most unenthusiastic greeting, and then asked what we wanted to order, I proceeded to tell her , and had to repeat my order a total of 5 times between her and the zombie associate, who all have bad attitudes. I noticed the tomatoes were all green and asked to have some red ones from the other bin, and was told they are all the same!:I proceeded to point at the red ones and was met with more attitude. Keep in mind we are the only people dining there, no other customers. And what seemed to be the DM , who also was not a happy camper, never once looked up at us. We decided to take the food with us, because of the atmosphere, and when we proceeded to attempt to eat our food, we realized the bread was so stale that we could not eat the food, not even the squirrels in my yard would touch it. I know everyone is not happy with how work treats them , but you need to at least be nice to the customers and have a sense of understanding that we have emotions and sometimes need to put them in check, as I did, even though I was irritated by the experience, I still said thank you and left. I decided to look up the store to maybe file a complaint, and realized the only contact was to the store and would need to speak with the manager. I decided I would just leave a review to help others mentally prep, if they choose to spend their money at this location. Stale bread at that time of the morning indicates that fresh is not going to take place at Walmart subway. They should remove the wording on the receipt

Read moreI went to the subway at 3101 west Princeton in Orlando. I shop at the Walmart so it easy to pick up a sandwich. Today was the worse, I thought you are allowed to tell them how you want your sandwich fix. The older lady that was there today 5/8/19 was so rude. I was telling her I wanted extra meat on my tuna sandwich which she did, then she began to spread my meat on my sandwich I told her not to spread it and she continued so I peck on the glass cause I thought she didn’t hear me. She said “you don’t have to peck on the glass that she could hear me”.well I thought you didn’t hear me. Then she started whispering to the next guys behind the counter which was rude also. Then she told them 3 times that I got extra meat like I wasn’t going to pay for it. I ordered it so yes I am going to pay for it. I work in customer service and I understand you get frustrated sometimes but this was beyond that. I will not be going back to this location even though it 5 minutes from my house. This is not the first time she has been rude when I went there, the first time I ignored it but not this time. I will go...
