This is the first time in my life that I am writing a negative review, but I felt it necessary to express myself. I also hope this information reaches others to save them the suffering, time, and money. I have been receiving services at this SPA for over a year. I started under the previous management and loved their services so much that I bought several packages. (+5k on services). During my visits, everything was going well until Larisa, one of the star employees, resigned. After that, I noticed a decline in both the ambiance and quality, and the staff frequently made negative comments about the owner. The SPA then relocated, and their service quality continued to decline significantly, but since I had packages, I continued to go.
Later, I was informed that one of the services, VelaShape, which I had paid for multiple sessions, would no longer be available. They did not offer any replacement, which I found extremely unfair since VelaShape had cost me a considerable amount of money. I expressed my concern, but they did nothing about it, making me feel undervalued as a customer who had invested heavily in their packages. As a result, I stopped going for a while.
Recently, when I called to resume my services and use the ones I had already paid for, I was told that I had lost them and that I needed to contact the previous management. I am attaching proof of my messages.

I am not a person that seeks much for facial cleansing, but once in a while I feel the need of doing it so, and I absolutely recommend both the Med Spa and the Hydrofacial treatment! This treatment gave my skin a very fresh look and touch, it feels amazing!! They have excellent professionals!! Both Larissa and the receptionist ( Beatriz?) were very attentive and much caring, and extremely polite with me. The place is very clean and well decorated, it is a peaceful environment, bright and very pleasant! I am very excited in going back and trying many other treatments they offer! They are very well equipped and if you have a thing for modern medicine and wellness that’s definitely the place you want to go! Thank you so much Med Spa! Read moreI don't recommend this place for Botox! I did a procedure between my eyebrows of 14 units. The result was a ZERO effect, with no difference in the pictures before and after. I called the business and communicated (politely) about not seeing results. I sent my picture for them to compare (even though I've been a Botox client for 6 years at another spa in my former town). They asked me to wait 15 days to take effect. Well, I waited. So, no one called me back, and, they didn't answer my call. When they responded to my concern, it was by msg from Whatsapp (super unprofessional); they said I was responsible because I decided to make 14 units instead of 20 units! What?!! Is the customer's fault for 6 units of difference?! 6 units more would be effective in ZERO effect?! Or, the option would be to pay to reapply 20 units (added to the previous 14 = 34 units). Then it would definitely work. I canceled my services by WhatsApp (their way of communication)! In addition to the Botox money, I left a paid laser application. It is noteworthy that the professionals always treated me very well during the visits. They were always polite. But ignoring a customer's problem is a lack of integrity. Replying by message and not calling back is a lack of respect and professionalism. No business thrives without proper communication and customer service.
Eu nao recomendo esse local para Botox! Fiz um procedimento entre as sobrancelhas de 14 units. O resultado foi ZERO efeito, sem diferenca nenhuma nas fotos antes e depois. Liguei para o business e comuniquei (educadamente) sobre nao ver resultado. Enviei minhas fotos para eles compararem (mesmo eu sendo cliente de Botox a 6 anos em outro SPA em minha antiga cidade). Pediram para eu aguardar 15 dias para fazer efeito. Bom, aguardei. Dai, ninguem me ligou, e, nao atenderam minha ligacao. Quando responderam por msg de Whatsapp (super anti-profissional); disseram que eu era responsavel porque decidi fazer 14 units ao inves de 20 units! O que?!! A culpa eh da cliente por 6 unidades de diferenca?! 6 unidades a mais daria efeito, em ZERO efeito?! Ou a opcao seria pagar para reaplicar 20 units (adicionado as 14 anterior = 34 units). Dai com certeza faria efeito. Cancelei meus servicos por whatsapp (foi a unica forma de comunicacao!) Alem do dinheiro do Botox, deixei paga uma aplicacao de laser. Vale ressaltar que sempre as profissionais me trataram muito bem nas visitas, e sempre foram muito atenciosas. Mas, ignorar o problema de um cliente, eh falta de integridade.
