Take a sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Orlando

Normally I love this place, but last time I tried to order they kept hanging up on me. It was mother’s day & I understood that it was busy but the first time they hung up on me when I couldn’t hear what they were saying. The second time they ignored my call. I called back a few times & all of my calls were ignored. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I placed an order online & it went through but a few minutes later, the order was cancelled with no reasoning attached except that they were not accepting orders. I then tried calling from a different number & they picked up that call instead. I was shocked and confused so I tried asking why they were hanging up on me. They just hung up on me in response. I was already on the way so I stepped into the restaurant once I arrived & saw the employees ignore my call but I could hear it ringing. I approached the counter & tried placing an order without bringing up the situation since I was hungry but did not want my food to be tampered with and only then did they inform me that they were very busy & the wait was around 40 minutes. They were kind once I was there, but I wish they had communicated to me before I got there rather than hanging up on me, ignoring my calls, & canceling my order. I give the place 5 stars in its decoration between bormia and aesthetic, the place has a wonderful view, very good service or it would be better if they had someone at the entrance to have a better distribution of the tables since it is a very beautiful place but poorly distributed , the food transports you to another world it is a function between Japanese and Latin food since many dishes have uncompetitive things , it is a place to experiment , my order was the sushi burrito that caught my attention immediately but so As soon as I got hooked I disengaged since in my experience the burrito was simple it did not give me any emotion in any sense it was a total waste of time since that is what is worth here, on the other hand the palao whose dish consists of simple ordinary elements of Japanese food gives us that imaginable experience that the sushi burrito function did not, once again we see that among the traditional there is more, I was about to leave the place and I saw the super disaster of the rubbish I don't blame them everywhere they are low on staff but that's not an excuse to have the...

Never, and I mean; NEVER will I go here.

I ordered the Land and Sea and the meat was cold. As if it was just microwaved and let sitting out for the rest of the order to be done. All the rolls were cold. Not one of them seemed to have a different taste, all just seemed to have different textures of the same bland taste.

Only saving grace on the food side was the popcorn shrimp. That sauce was great.

On the Atmosphere side, it was nice to a certain degree. A small child came and dropped sauces that they had 'acquired' from our table. The table itself was sticky. How often is this cleaned? The sofa-chair thing has multiple LOVELY stains on it.

Service was sub-par. Would it hurt to say 'WELCOME' or something to a customer walking in? Only establishment that I've been to that this - isn't - the norm. Only saving grace for the service was the cashier; who forewarned us that the portions they serve are massive.

Over all despite the kind cashier, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I don't know what type of fusion they're running here.. But it's definitely not a...
