My dog was 11 years old and been with Me he was suffering and I didn't know what to do I called several mobile vetsno ones could come but when I need called arround town I spoke to Victor unable to send anyone quickly 😭 however he took the time to speak with me and answer my million questions and one questions he was so we caring and help quide me to the answer I needed no other service returned my call but Victor 😔 was so caring and took so much time my fur baby is in heaven now hopefully with my late husband I miss them both but I am content knowing neither has any more pain I called the service Victor told me about and they came spand thanks to Victor I was able to make a hard decision with a clean mind and all the knowledge Victor gave me thank you so much I would advise anyone to call paws around town this is a company who cares bless you I would give you a rating of 100 stars or more ...signed with love Lynda knepper and my beautiful American bulldogmax

paws around town is only looking to pat your bill I had called them to come do teeth cleaning on my dog they came first to do a assessment at that time they recommended for a vaccine I couldn’t understand why because just two weeks prior. My dog had a regular vet visit from my regular vet and she had gotten her necessary vaccines at that time paws around town recommend a different vaccine. I had agreed but my dog had gotten sick the next day and was very sore in the area where they injected her then they scheduled her tooth cleaning a month later there was endless reminders about the appointment date and time each time I agreed, but continue to re-receive the endless reminders text, emails and phone calls. at that time reminded them there will be no extractions. This is just for teeth cleaning. They gave me a hard time about that and they wanted to do extractions prior to even cleaning the teeth and couldn’t tell me how much till they pull teeth at that time they refused to come clean my dog teeth they was looking just to pat the bill. Dr. Graves and her team are wonderful! They truly love animals - there was no question that they would come out to examine 5 strays that I took in who at that time definitely didn't like strangers. One left claw marks on my slate table trying to get away. The Paws Around Town team didn't get upset for the cats acting like cats who are fearful. They treated them with kindness and understanding. It has been 3 years now and the cats have been won over with Dr Graves and her team. They may not seeing her but they let her treat them. Dr. Graves and her team also listen to you and will go above and beyond to help you have the options that will work for you and your family which I really have not had in 23 years of kitty parenting.
