Took 4 days for them to fix the kitchen sink, wi-fi NEVER worked cable was hit and miss. I cannot recommend this rental because of the lack of customer service and the fact that the owners were clearly focused on renting not repeat business. The linens, furnishings and service clearly communicate that the owner is only interested in one time business from the unsuspecting. It is a shame since my company rents for business functions in the area annually. The other property management companies and their owners clearly care about reputation and continued business with established customers, having seen the condo next door. I called the office multiple times to repair the kitchen faucet that was unusable as well as the wi-fi. We had an amazing stay at this Orlando Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from Epic Universe and about 12 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. The pool was wonderful. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood to relax after long days out.

This was the worse vacation rental experience I have ever had. Pictures are nothing like the actual property. The company wouldn't call me back during my stay.
