💖💖💖 tia💖💖💖 I don’t know how I haven’t written something for Tia sooner but it’s about time. Let me say I can’t stress ENOUGH how much Tia is worth seeing. I drive about an hour and a half to see Tia every 5 weeks to get my hair done because she is the only stylist who has consistently NEVER broken my hair. I get platinum roots every session so I’m very prone to breakage. I knew my hair was damaged before seeing her but now that I have been seeing her, I realize just how bad other stylists let it get because my hair has grown out so much on the top where everyone else had broken it off before. I seriously don’t think she has fried my hair off even once.

Tia is just SO attentive and puts a lot of care into her work. In the past other stylists didn’t care if they overlapped my hair to the point of breakage. Tia will not do this to you. Your hair will be the healthiest it’s ever been and she will ALWAYS have it looking perfect! Additionally her customer service is perfect. If there is ever an issue with anything she corrects it in no time (but you can pretty much guarantee she will never mess up).

On top of it I can’t even begin to explain how beyond thankful I am to have Tia as a part of my life. I was always scared to get my hair done because stylists have a tendency to not listen and they make you uncomfortable for voicing your opinion. I have never felt this way with her, which is seriously hard to find. She is so kind to me and patient about my hair anxieties. Every time I come to get my hair done she is the sweetest most beautiful and kind angel ever. She has been so professional and even though I can be super anxious about my hair sometimes, she never shows any annoyance, only understanding and reassurance! I have gone through so much since I have started seeing her and it’s crazy how she has been someone that I can just go to, to feel normal for once. She makes me feel genuinely beautiful and taken care of.

TLDR;

Tia is exceptionally selfless and I couldn’t even POSSIBLY thank her enough for everything she has done for my self esteem and comfort. Getting my hair done with her is always a safe space. If you have the privilege to book with...

Im a perfectionist ! I showed Chelsea my inspo pic. Obviously, she didn't listen. I had to go back 3 times , and every time I did it, it became worse.. despite that, I still paid a great tip every time. I guess I felt bad! I hardly ever write reviews, but I think it's necessary when it becomes this bad. ( There is going to try and justify and / or make up an answer ... I DONT CARE. )

You NEVER EXPLAINED IT !! I was told, " Oh, this is easy, peice if cake,". You can justify all you want and make it seem that you didn't do anything wrong on here, especially google review. Oh, she tried to get to my natural hair color, and when going outside, it was NOT EVEN CLOSE.

WHY WOULD ANYONE COME BACK AGAIN TWICE FOR COLOR ADJUSTMENT? IT SHOWS YOU FAILED AT LISTENING TO ME! I WENT ELSEWHERE... SHOWED THEM EXCATLY THE SAME INSPO I SHOWED CHELSEA, AND THEY HAD IT PERFECTLT DONE. MY INSPO BECAME REALIITY !! SOMEHOW... THEY WERE ABLE TO DO IT , AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO GO BACK.

BY THE WAY, MY MOTHER WAS A HAIRSTYLIST FOR 44 YEARS. SO I THINK I KNOW A LITTLE BIT OF COLORING DEAR.

On the other hand, I came to you and Chelsea said " peice of cake" exact words. And, I was shocked because she could make my inspo happen.

Now this looks pretty bad on your salon , going back and forth on this Google review. I was right , your trying to justify that you guys didn't do anything wrong on here. I knew this was going to happen, so I will fight and I'll keep doing this review back and forth if you would like dear this HAS NOW become childish behavior. You won't admit it, leave it alone and leave my review alone.

My first visit and I'm so impressed! I read such good reviews and saw beautiful pictures of their work, they did not exaggerate! I had made a MESS of my hair and really didn't believe in one visit they could fix it, I was wrong! My appointment was with Ansley, so sweet and talented. I was impressed that when we discussed what I had done, she was humble enough to ask for advice and everyone in the shop was helping. It was awesome to see how well they came together to help me. As I said, A MESS! What i had made the appointment for, Ansley explained it wasn't the best option for the health of my hair. She explained every step and why they were doing it and what they wanted to achieve . I was so relieved and happy I had put my trust in them. What also struck me, the owner and staff spoke with everyone who came in, which is refreshing. It was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. plus, everyone i saw walked out the door with gorgeous hair! I'm very thankful for...
