I booked a massage for 6 people for a girls trip several weeks in advance. I had all of the details written down on times and type of massages. I got no confirmation and shouldn’t have assumed that everything was booked and correct but I did. When we showed up we had one person in the first time slot who was sick and couldn’t come so we needed to cancel hers. They had hers at the wrong time and one of the girls who was supposed to be at that time moved up into her slot per their request. Since we had 6 booked, I again shouldn’t have assumed, but thought they would question only 2 people showing up for that time slot. They cancelled one of our later time slots instead and didn’t call or text (there was a member number associated). When the later group showed up they had everyone’s names and type of massages wrong and told us they didn’t have someone available for the third massage since we had “cancelled”. They were extremely rude and didn’t do anything to comp the mistake. We got no apology at all.

I don’t ever write reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I would hate for someone to have a similar experience. I would have had a different response if there had been anything done to make it right or if they had even apologized for messing up the multiple things...

A ‘girls’ spa day for my SIL and I. Wonderful deep tissue massage from the delightful and personable Melanie. Lovely little ‘treats’….warm massage table, warm neck pillow and warm booties. Melanie found all my concrete knots and worked on them with just the perfect touch. Thanks Melanie 😄. Soaked in the hot tub….perfect after my massage. Then, truly, the best pedicure that I have ever experienced. Lovely conversation with Emily (and Marina, working on my SIL), as she carefully made my feet look and feel really wonderful. Appreciated the use of products and techniques with no harsh chemicals. Appreciated the coffee and champagne, too! All in all… a lovely day, being well taken care of by everyone that we met....

I went here in may 2021 and received the facial and a mani/pedi. There’s nothing worse than getting a face massage where the technician is wearing gloves. The action of the massage with gloves made my face feel like it was burning. I have received numerous massages elsewhere since covid and no one wore gloves. I’m not sure why managers think this is a good idea. Speaking of management they must be horrible. The women working there are very gossipy and love talking trash about the clientele. The hospitality is very forced like they know what is expected they just can’t stand doing it. I waited to have a mani/pedi there thinking it’d be better quality but it’s no better than an...
