Remains to be my absolute favorite restaurant in Tucson. The menu focuses on Spanish cuisine. Serving dinner entrees, tapas and even Paella. Great views. It's fairly tucked away from streets and traffic as it's a restaurant built to serve the guests of Westin La Paloma Resort. You can find the entrance next to the resort in the southwest corner of the parking lot. Anyone can make a reservation. Not just the resort guests. There's both indoor and shaded outdoor seating available. You can find both low and elevated seating in the restaurant. And can be seated at the bar or a table. They even have a room for large groups. I have consistently noticed that it has faster service for being a high end dine-in restaurant. The servers have always been friendly. The tapas is exceptional. It is what I usually get. For tapas I highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates, artichoke, elote and octopus. Runners up are the carpaccio and squash. The Pisco Sour cocktail tastes divine and not on the menu at many cocktail lounges in town. The bar has some harder to find alcohols. I appreciate that it seems to be easy to find a spot at the bar, showing up without a reservation I also find it uncomplicated to order food here with consideration to my onion allergy. Though I was told the paella can't be done without the onion, there is plenty on the menu. I have tried quite a few different dishes and have yet to find something I don't enjoy.

We were really looking forward to Mother’s Day Brunch but the earliest table we could get was 2:45. According to the website brunch was over at 1:00 but we were expecting to enjoy their regular menu. When we sat down they told us that there’s only a brunch buffet. We said that was ok and ordered drinks. I was disappointed when I went around to get food as about half of it was old looking and cold. The lettuce in the salads was wilted and the meat on the grill looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. I was so concerned how old everything looked that I avoided some things in fear of food poisoning. I didn’t want to complain bc we were treating my parents for Mother's Day… I was embarrassed. Then we got the bill. 😯 The Buffett was $55 for adults and $20 for children. That is one round of drinks and auto gratuity for a party of 7 was $420!! I couldn’t believe it. I felt like we were eating leftovers. And again I didn’t want to say anything because of our guests. I tried calling later but couldn’t get through. I wouldn’t have been so upset with the bill if the food had been fresh. But it was still a VERY expensive Buffett! I wish the waitress had told us the price. I assumed it would be $30 for adults and $12 for children based on the price of their regular menu items. The service was good and the ambiance was wonderful. I just feel like the buffet should’ve been over if they didn’t want to replace it. And allowed customers to order off the regular menu. There was cold huevos rancheros, cold Chile quiles, cold French toast…. The list goes on. All I felt comfortable eating was the French toast, a beet salad, some spinach salad, and some pastries. I think I’ll call and see if we can receive a refund for at least part of our meal. It was a disappointing...

Hello Friends ~

We recently hosted our company 2024 Christmas party, and I’m happy to report that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. With over 60+ employees attending, the restaurant managed to accommodate our large group with ease and provided an exceptional dining experience for all. The ambiance was festive and cozy, perfect for a holiday celebration. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the season, with tasteful Christmas touches that created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food was a highlight of the evening. The restaurant offered a personalized menu with options to accommodate all dietary preferences. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also delicious. Ryan (Manager) and the staff were attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed, even accommodating last-minute requests. The drinks flowed freely from the open bar, with a good selection of cocktails, wines ( WHITE SANGRIA, my favorite highly recommended 🥰), and non-alcoholic beverages. Our 2024 Christmas party was a fantastic experience. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable evening for all. I would highly recommend this venue for any corporate event or celebration. We are already looking forward to the possibility of returning soon!

Thank you again from Signature Heating, Cooling...
