The owner hides in the back and comes out to make rude comments then goes back to hide. There are many other ice cream places to go with friendly staff and owners. Not kid friendly. I will not be returning

The vanilla yogurt was very runny and the mess on the counter was from me trying to give my kids a sample to see if they liked it. The place was empty, no one was waiting for ice cream. One person came in to get yogurt about 10 min later when we left. My son is not even tall enough to reach what you accused him of. As a business owner and manager you should not make rude comments to customers and immediately walking away without taking to them first to get the whole story. Then you make a passive aggressive post on your social media when you don't know the whole story. You walked by and did not even observe the whole incident and you lie about people waiting to get ice cream when the place was empty. You let a mother leave very angry about your rude comment to her and her child and walk immediately away after the incident and then instead chose to address on social media instead of with the people involved. Maybe you might need some management training because this could have been fixed by talking to your customers and not making a rude comment and just immediately walking away and then hiding in the back the entire time we were...

Peachwave was great! The store was busy and all of the young adults working there were attentive and friendly. The frozen yogurt and many toppings to chose from were tasty. There was vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cheesecake, pistachio, cappuccino, peaches n cream, and many more. Five-star wow factor: the bathroom air freshener and hand soap were peach scented...what attention to detail! The owners were even on site and participated in store operations!

...two weeks later...I'm back again! Another 5-star review. I was met at the door by the owner and received a friendly smile and welcome. The waffle bowl and Reese's peanut butter sauce were outstanding.
