I noticed the reviews and none of them are recent. I came here three weeks ago after making an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. When I walked in two young ladies took care of me, one doing my gel nails and the other one during my pedicure. They did a great job and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes! So today I went back again. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure just like I did last time. When I walked in one of the men working there walked up to me and said “we can’t give you two people to work with you today because you didn’t tell us that’s what you wanted when you made an appointment.” And I said, I didn’t know I needed to do that. Because I didn’t do it last time”. But I thought, OK that’s their policy, fine. Then I saw three people that work in the salon doing nothing. There were no other customers in there but me . So I asked if someone could help me get out of there quickly by doing one or the other. I was told they all had appointments and they were too busy. I sat there for 30 minutes while a young man did a nice job on my pedicure ( he didn’t speak any English and we could not communicate so I could tell him what I wanted) and then I spoke up again. Again, now there’s no other customers but me. When I asked again, one of the young ladies raised her voice at me and said “I told you I have an appointment! They were supposed to be here, but they’re not. I don’t know what happened#. I said “hey all I was asking was if somebody could help out. Meanwhile, remember there are three workers in the back and no other customers but me. I asked to speak to the man that greeted me when I first walked in, but he would not come out of the back to speak to me. Instead of 45 minutes I spent two hours. I couldn’t believe I was treated so rudely and spoken to so disrespectfully. There was no customer service and no consideration that one of them could’ve done what I requested. Needless to say, I will never go back there again. I looked everywhere for someone that looked like they were in charge, but there was no one there that would take the lead and correct...

My girlfriend goes to this nail salon and has been going there for over a year. Now with the new owners she recently went on Tuesday 5.23.23 since it was her birthday she wanted to go to a place she knew would do a good job..... Well that back fired and they ended up doing a horrible job on her nails..... They took forever to get to her and she was there for almost 3 hours.... Her nails looked like little hot pink balloons.... She called on the way home asking for a refund and they gave her a hard time.... So then she asked for just at least half off since she drives so far and they told her that they wouldn't do anything for her. Later she received a call from the "owner" and they asked her to come back to let them redo the nails.... She refused to let them touch her nail ever again and they refused to do anything about it.... The owner went on a rant about needing to pay his employees.... Well now she won't be continuing to go there...

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! If I could leave a 0 star rating I would! Do not let the high star rating deceive you! They bribe you with a 5% off if you leave a 5 star rating and a good review which is just sickening and immoral!! I asked for an acrylic nail removal and a gel manicure. They said that they could do this but unfortunately they could not. They instead just cut off a small portion of the fake nails leaving part of the fake nail still on, and decided it was good enough to put gel on leaving my nails uneven. They were not the right shape I asked for either and when I asked for a heart on one of my fingers as well they did not do that right either, it honestly didn’t even look like a heart! And when it came to the time to pay, they had the audacity to stare at me and expect a tip! The nerve! This is the worst place I have ever gone to get...
