Chill on Sunrise — Restaurant in Arizona

Recently, on one of our 100 + days, my husband, Tom, two daughters and I took 11-year-old grandkids to Sundaze. We wanted something cool, and their frozen yogurt is the coolest! This is a charming, colorful little shop, very clean and bright. The friendly owner, Wendy, offered samples of each flavor to the six of us. It was all delicious, but we finally made our choices. Chocolate and peanut butter was ours. Being sugar-free was a plus. It was wonderful! Creamy, smooth and sweet. We didn't miss sugar at all. We were impressed and pleasantly surprised. Sundaze has a large assortment of toppings if you want a little crunch with your frozen yogurt. We were happy without. We sat at the little table and got busy eating! Went in for a sweet treat and expect great things about this because I’ve read all the reviews online. We have 7-8 people, bought 5 cups to share. Went in 1hr15 before closing (just to let the staff have time before their closing routines). Was super considerate and try to make less noise as possible because we have one small kid with us. Not sure if the fact that the staff was having a bad day or not but she was rude and lack of energy. We try to brush it off as because its closing soon and she might be tired the whole day but was not professional at all. And not friendly. Not sure if we come off as what to her but yeah we’re new to town and completely shook at this. Anyways, wont be back for sure, the white chocolate taste bad. and the rest was okay. I ordered two smoothies from this place. One Tropical Treat with no banana and extra mango, and a Reese's Milkshake. My tropical treat had no mango, and tasted slightly spoiled. I brought the milkshake home to a friend who spit it out and said it was spoiled. I tasted it and was shocked, it had completely separated and I live one block from this place. We called the store and the person on the phone claimed "That just doesn't happen". These aren't fancy layered drinks the brown one in the photo is supposed to be a Reese's milkshake and the milk fat has completely separated from the watery liquid at the bottom.
