Bisbee Breakfast Club — Restaurant in Arizona

Was shocked that there was no wait. Was greeted immediately with a smile and waters from our waitress. Soon after she returned with our beverages and took our order. In the short order it took to get our food she refilled our beverages twice and policed our litter. Food was what we ordered and was presented fresh. As we were finishing she quietly dropped our ticket and returned as soon as we dropped our card. In the industry this is called turning tables. At breakfast restaurants this is very common, necessary, and acceptable. There is a fine line staff has to balance because it can come off as unpleasant. The staff is suprising young, I state this because to pull off what they do takes seasoned and professional staff in both front and the back of the house. This typically starts with ownership and management. They have hired good people and trained them well.

So here comes my one complaint, price point. As management reads this they will undoubtedly roll their eyes, and they should. Why should I take a star off for price point when I received exactly what I came for, good food and excellent service. You are truly getting what you pay for. Well thought out hirings, well trained, and smiling people. I hop the staff of BBC are compensated above fair, if so BBC and its staff...

Sat on the patio. Party of five gals. Waitress pretty much got every order wrong. So either she wrote them down wrong or cook got it wrong and nobody was checking the order prior to bringing out the food. When you give options on your menu of egg whites versus regular eggs, a fruit cup or cottage cheese, or no cheese on omlette, etc, You need to make sure the orders are correct. You offer all those choices and not one came out correct! It was so frustrating for all of us, even the waitress. She was getting a slight attitude, as if we did something wrong. One of us ladies never even got water or her tea. I asked the waitress if there's anybody up there even Expediting the orders. She made a comment about how she was just thrown into this because some people have called in sick today. Not our problem. We just wanted a sincere apology, and honest apology. We don't need to hear excuses. I've been to the original Bisbee Breakfast Club down in Bisbee and it should be embarrassed by this locatios lack of knowledge and customer service. And honestly the food wasn't that great. It needed seasoning desperately and the portions were small. We will not be returning to...

I think there are several reasons why Bisbee Breakfast Club (Sunrise) is busy, gets high scores across the board from the various interweb consultants and simply shines... Food + Service + Price = WIN!

I cannot say enough about my first visit to Bisbee's ( note... I said first, take a hint). The service is great, the food is great, the inside and out are great, it's just an all-around great place. There is nothing more that I could really say. I am and was truly impressed at this breakfast gem!

Now, if you are a reader of my restaurant reviews, you are going to notice I comment frequently on oatmeal. There is some great oatmeal in Chicago and now, I cannot tell you how lucky I am to have found the most scrumptious, tasteful, oatmeal here at the location in Tucson, AZ. I am sure there are some other places in AZ with good oatmeal. It will be hard-pressed to surpass this here!
