Ric's Auto — Local services in Oronoko Charter Township

Very pleased with the service I got at Ric's. Never thought to check them out until I had a punctured tire and all the other shops were too busy to help me. At first I thought that must mean Ric's wasn't as good. But they were able to repair my punctured tire and change a bulb in my rear light - quality work. But what impressed me so much was the timeliness, reasonable price, and friendly explanations. It's the kind of feeling of being taken care of well, the same kind of service I was used to back home, going to my father's friend's shops. I feel like Ric's is a real valuable part of the community, and wants to constantly serve customers...

When I asked Ric questions about the price for tire service, he replied with agitation in his tone as though I was asking a lot from him. His costumer service is terrible and he never takes accountability in his business. I suggest if you want quality service for your car, take it to another auto shop. It is a waste of time to deal with a man that does not like his job and does not treat his costumers...

Ric was so helpful. He came out to tow my vehicle on Fathers Day. He helped me find a place that was equipped to service my vehicle. I was two hours away from home. He helped me find a place that I can wait at until I had someone to come get me. He drove me over and helped me with my bags. I am newly pregnant and he was able to ease my mind and the price was reasonable!...
