I’m not typically one to complain or write reviews, especially bad ones, because everyone is human. But SO disappointed in our subway. As we all know, going out to eat these days, even fast food is pricey. And you should get what you pay for. Tonight I ordered online for my family, when my husband went to pick it up, the sandwiches weren’t ready. The young guy working, quickly and rudely threw the food into a bag, and made it known he wasn’t happy to be doing so. Sandwiches were poorly made, especially the ultimate chicken bacon ranch, which was supposed to be one of the “subway series” containing more meat. When I say it hardly had any meat, I mean the sandwich was mostly lettuce and ranch, with a couple pieces of chicken mixed in. And the other veggies I ordered were barely on as well. I got one of the new snack wrap things for my son, and it was so over cooked he couldn’t even bite into it. If you’re going to work somewhere and get paid to do a job, atleast try to do your best. Read moreOk, so I went here twice. First time was such terrible service. The young girl behind the counter acted like "what the heck do you want." So I decided to try it one more time, maybe the lady would not be here. The tall young guy behind the counter was just as bad. He said "what do you need?" Not how can I help you or what would you like today. He acted like I was a burden to him. The young girl was there as well. I asked for guacamole on my sandwich and he's like 75 cents per scoop- you want this (and it was a tiny scoop), I said yeah I want that or I wouldn't have asked for it. I asked for provolone and pepper jack cheese and he said thats extra and he put like three small slices on a foot long. I paid and not a thank you for coming in or come again, nothing. Oh and they gave me only one napkin. We wouldn't want to drive up the costs now would we. Read moreI go to Subway fairly regularly to get a Veggie Delight sandwich because it is customizable and you can usually get enough veggies on the sandwich for it to be a satisfying meal. But, today my daughter and I went to get sandwiches and asked for extra olives after being given a paltry few. We were told that isn't an option anymore. I asked to pay for extra olives only to again be told that was against store policy. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one available. I asked for a phone number at which I could reach a manager and was told that was also not an option. The staff were understanding and sympathetic but reiterated that they were given very strict orders about the olives and they couldn't do anything different.
