Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oronoko Charter Township

Placed an online order that was suppose to take 30 minutes. Waited the full time and never received my pizza. Called the business after about an hour passed and the driver answered. He proceeded to tell me that he tried to deliver the pizza and that he knocked and my dogs never once barked. Then he tells me he called my phone multiple times and I never once got a call. The funny thing is I put the order under contactless and yet he didn’t just leave the pizza? I had already paid for it and gave him a tip through the app. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and to make matters worse, I live less than 5 minutes down the road and yet didn’t offer to bring me my order not even sure if they refunded it. She called me a liar and said that her driver is trustworthy and would never lie about trying to...

Other Pizza Hut's I love you and Ima let you finish...but this is the worst Pizza Hut of all time...OF ALL TIME! Consistently terrible customer service which wouldn't be as bad if the pizza they made was incredible. I drive out of town to avoid hassles such as being told I can't order more than 6 pizzas without a 24 hour advance notice or being informed that my online order was cancelled due to weather when I arrived to pick it up only to get a rude phone call 2 hours later asking why I didn't come pick up my pizza. So disappointed in my work order today. I asked for the pizza to be delivered at 11:45 for a 12:00 meeting and it arrived at 11:15. I also saw online that pizzas were $6.99 for mediums. I called and placed my order but when the bill comes it is $51 for 4 pizzas. I call and was told that is an online special only. Dominos or Little Caesars wouldn't do this.
