Went through the drive thru this morning to buy a vape, and I drove 10 feet past the window to let the customer behind me have their turn. I stopped to check my vape and surprise! it doesn't work. I immediately drove back around to the window to exchange it, and was told that I had to check it AT the window or they would not exchange it. The lady working pointed to a piece of paper mixed in with a bunch of other printed papers taped to the side of the window, completely out of eyesight to state this policy that I was told nothing about originally and she refused to give me a new one that worked even though I had been there just a minute before. I had to purchase another and feel totally ripped off and treated like I'm some kind of criminal for wanting to pay for something that actually works, and taken advantage of for having to pay $25 for a useless piece of plastic. I had all the packaging and the vape was obviously brand new. Horrible customer service! I'll NEVER come back. *UPDATE: I tried to call to talk to someone other than the same person who refused to help me, and was just transferred to the smoke shop and the same exact unhelpful staff member. What a joke! I'll definitely be reporting this to the BBB. It's not ok to rip people off and I'm going to make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. We'll just order online from now on. I asked the lady in the drive through MARY about one of their products that is advertised on the window. She told me and I quote "TAKE A PICTURES OF IT AND LOOK IT UP YOURSELF" Like WOW what customer service this place has! IM BEING SARCASTIC! MARY WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! AND OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT THEY ARE SELLING! I ASKED ABOUT ONE OF THE "THC-A" PRODUCTS! HOW ARE THEY EXPECTING TO SELL THIS WITHOUT HAVING ANY KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE PRODUCT! Is it made from real pot? Will it be safe to consume and drive?
