2/5 and that's pushing it
TLDR : save your time and money and go to In-N-Out or Five Guys for a better experience.
We got there about 6:30-6:45PM ish, and after a short wait sat down around 7:00-7:10PM ish. Our server came by after a few minutes to get out drink orders while we look at the menu. Now most of us used the menu to look at the drink section / selection, and a few of us wanted to try the milkshakes. After telling the server our drinks, we were informed that the menu drinks are incorrect / inaccurate, and that they cannot serve Milkshakes at this time due to their ice cream machine being broken / down. The server said they were going to get a new / drinks menu, and after a few more minutes we got our drinks.
After a bit we were ready to order, and once again as soon as we did, we were told that one of the items (one of the chicken sandwiches if I remember correctly) was unavailable at this time. This led to one of our party members having to pick out another dish.
If the drinks / menus are wrong, and if the ice cream machine / one of the main items / entree is broken / sold out / unavailable, wouldn't it be better to let the guests / customers know that ahead of time before they order?
Now the real killer / low rating was the long wait time. Granted there was 6 of us in our party, but we all ordered one burger each, and have of us didn't even get sides / extras. We had to wait roughly 40-50 min to get our food to come out, while watching people who came in and sat down much later than us have their food come out. It was during this wait that we drank a lot of our drinks since there was nothing to eat, and the refills were extremely slow and inconsistent, often times the server brought out the wrong drink or forgetting who had what.
Once the food finally did come out, it was not the best. I'm not trying to be rude here, but the presentation of the food is not great. I ordered the "Our Burger", and it straight up looked like a burger you would get at a high school cafeteria, it was so small, skinny, and cheap looking. The burger was nothing special or worth mentioning. The toppings are okay and their signature sauce is also just okay. One of my party members told me that their fries were not warm, and were room temp / stale. I shared some of mine with him, which by the way, the fries are better than the burger. The wait was definitely worth it. I honestly didn't even finish the burger cuz it just wasn't that good.
By this point we were so disappointed with how long we had to wait for mediocre food that we just wanted to pay and leave. The establishment did not have an option to pay at the front despite being inside of a casino, so after waiting for the check and then our cards back, we were finally free. We paid roughly $41 for 2 burgers 2 drinks and 1 fry, and ended up spending a total of 2 hours here, one of which was just waiting for our food.
Spend your time and money and go somewhere else.
If you're anti smoking or sensitive to smoke I would also like to point out that it's inside the casino and the smoke smell was strong when we were there (which didn't / doesn't bother me, but worth...

Read moreSo, we took a friend here for dinner tonight. Fortunately, it was not busy, as there was one person in the back, and one in front serving, between door dash orders (many) and 15 folks at tables.
From order to food on table was about 35 minutes, and drinks about 40. Either we picked a night there simply wasn't staffing, or there's a shortage of coverage that needs addressing. We weren't in a hurry regardless, and were content to chill and relax, so this didn't effect our experience.
To their credit, food was -excellent-, all arrived hot and fresh, and the fellow in the back (Josh) killed it with the number of orders he was working on solo. Drinks were on point. Alex (Cat) was super polite and kind in her service, and apologized for the long waits, but everything asked for was delivered, delicious, and we had a great time.
Sincerely, huge kudos to the staff present. They nailed it 100%.
The long and short, slider flights were delicious, boozy milkshakes were aces, and despite clearly being under pressure and covering the whole place with two people, the staff did awesome.
If you're willing to wait a bit, hecking...
