Initial, first time in the store experience was ok but that changed quickly after picking up the dresser. When we got the dresser home there were very larger Beetle boring holes on the top front piece as seen in pics. According to the salesman and the manager of the store this is NORMAL for this type of dresser. The floor model that we seen did not have this and this piece should have never been placed on the dresser like this from the factory. Guess what, we are stuck with it and the store here said they will do nothing about it. I don't know many people that would consider this ok and to top it off it is located on the top front which this company brags about their dovetail joints, which by the way is also damaged. For you future buyers that may try this store, be sure you know what your getting before leaving the store. SO IT'S BEEN 15 DAYS AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING AS FAR AS A RESPONSE FROM THE STORE. Went on a weekday at 1030 am. I was the only shopper when I entered. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable salesperson, Dustin. We looked at leather living room sets. Reasonable selection, most only partial genuine leather. Many in stock ready for delivery, others could be ordered. Also looked at mattresses. Their store brand is comfortable, some other brands also available. Not used to sitting mattresses where I continued to sink the longer I sat there.
