Putt 'N Stuff Family Fun Center — Local services in Osage Beach

I would put a zero if I could, we went yesterday, sunday September 4th, and it was awful. We went for my brother's birthday, we were planning to do bumper cars then mini golf, the bumper cars were broken, the guy at the counter said that they keep telling the owner that things are broken and that they are just not fixing anything. We decided since we were there we would do the course (we did course A, someone had said that there were 0 lights and fans in the other course), started off ok, but that was until we got to hole 2, inside the tree with the face there was no light, had to use my phone for light, and throughout the course (hole 1 through 18 exept for one) the mat to tee off was detached and all over the place, the one mat not detached had bump going from the mat to the turff, not to mention the turff was all pulled up and falling apart on most holes. Then In the windmill balls would just get stuck. After that we kept going, the further we went the more problems there were, like more lights not working, there was a hole in the plastic for the monkey cage, and it looked unkept, janky, and falling apart. If I were you and looking for a good spot on vacation I would go to sugar creek, or pirates cove, and if you want the fastest go karts at the lake go to lennings. Good luck on...

I would put zero stars but that's not an option. We stopped in on a Sunday at 6:40PM. The clerk working was the rudest man. We decided to do mini golf and bumper carts, choosing bumper carts first. He spoke very cheerfully the entire time but after choosing he made an exasperated comment under his breath. He then tossed my debit card across the counter to my 12 year old, even though I was still standing there. He told us to go out the front door to meet him and slammed his cash register drawer. As we were walking out, I heard him say "This sucks!" I turned around and asked him if it would be better for him to give us our money back and he said yes. I gave him my card back to get the return. Of course, it takes longer to have money put back in than taken out so I"ll be watching my bank account and keeping my receipts. I understand having a bad day but he was rude and unprofessional. Visited this "Fun Center" this weekend, and the only nice thing I can say is that the weather was good. It seems as if the owner has given up on their business, as the course is SO rundown that the ball would get stuck many times on torn carpet, or on cracked and uneven concrete surfaces. We were also upset to see that there was trash floating in the "lake", piles of branches laying around, the weeds need cutting badly, there is pencil graffiti writing all over the blue shack obstacle, and we found beer cans in one of the obstacles. We did show the cans to a young employee, who was blowing off the course while we were trying to play, so they were removed promptly.My family feels as if we wasted our money, and my son made sure to let me know we will not be going back.
