Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Osage Beach

I am a doordash driver. The manager, Misty, was extremely rude again yesterday. Every time I go in to pick up thete,if she is working, it's a hostile encounter. In the past, she has said that she hates doordash as she has drivers already, another time she complained about the extra effort it takes to seal the boxes for delivery..this was before pizza hut began regularly calling doordash for a driver. Yesterday she was angry when I had let a customer know one day last week that their order was not started yet, and another day that it was still in the oven. She claimed I was very rude for telling customers the truth. As a dasher I accept an offer and proceed to the store. When I arrived I click the arrival button on my app. I then ask the employee about the status of the order, and mark the status in the app and let the customer know that status. That, and delivering the finished product, is my job. It's very simple, if I arrived and the order is not ready to go, then a reason is selected and the customer is notified. I attempted to explain this and show Misty but she said she knew how it works and dismissed me threatening to ban me.this was in front of another customer and extremely rude. No other employees at this location are rude, all other locations will attest to the fact that I am prompt and patient.and always treat myself and other customers with respect. Honestly, I would expect better customer relations from a GM than Misty has repeatedly...

I ordered regularly from here but wont be anymore. I ordered a melt and was super excited about it until i took about the third bite. There was a big ass hard piece of fat or chunk that couldnt be chewed. It was horrible i got sick immediately. Thinking ill just call them and let them know what happened and ask for a refund but it was taken as a joke and proclaimed to be a piece of bacon. It was delivered door dash but i took it back to the store thinking once they saw i hadnt eaten it and showed her the big piece of grizzle she would have understood. Tried to give a store credit and at this point im disgusted and wont be back waited for what seemed to be an impossible impartial refund....

Usually never have an issue here. We ordered carryout and ate there. Our service wasn't the greatest didn't get all our order n when asked they had to look it up to verify and was told someone else took off with our wings so my daughter had to wait longer for her part of dinner. Then we needed water refills so my spouse went up to ask for more water the response was basically we will get to you soon but you did order carryout. So basically if you order carryout n decide to eat there u don't get the same service. I get being short staffed and or working extra but no matter what all customers should get the same service. Still will go back but this was first...
