J T's Wash & Mart — Local services in Oshkosh

I've had some good experiences from this establishment in the past but there was one in particular I wanted to share because it illustrates how one bad employee can ruin a store's reputation.

I travel on foot and this one particular evening I decided to go to JT's for some vodka. I called and made sure they were open until 9pm (which they were) and I started out. I knew I was cutting it close but I figured that I should make it there in time, no problems. About a block away from the store I still had five minutes til closing time but I upped my pace anyways. Now please keep in mind that this was during many of the cold snaps we had this past winter and the roads were icy and very hard to navigate. So, I'm finally at the store and I still see I have two minutes before closing and I go to grab the main door and it's locked... The laundry side is still open but the liquor side is locked and they are counting down their drawers! I tapped on the window and the girl informed me that "sorry but we're closed, I pointed to my smart phone which has accurate time on it and said "I still have two more minutes". She completely disregarded me and continued closing up. So, I walked back home and was extremely disappointed to say the least.

Great place to do laundry. Convenient and staff is awesome!! Great place to work on homework while doing a ton of laundry. Staff is always friendly. There are a ton of washers and I've rarely had trouble finding an open washer. Dryers are huge. Price is pretty comparable to other places nearby. Place is very clean and you can pick up some groceries at the mart...
