I had the same experience as John had posted about not being aware that there would be additional charges for setting up my one home printer. I had asked about this when I purchased the computer from them. Their customer service is really not too good. I feel that before they logged into my computer to work remote to set my printer up, that is when they should have told me I was going to be charged for it, NOT just send a bill about a month later. When I received the bill for $105.00 I called to dispute, after some discussion I was told they would get rid of the bill but next time don't call them, call the Geek Squad! How awful, someone really needs some training in how to handle customers. I'm disappointed as this was my second computer I had purchased, now I'll need to find another company. Anyone out there have a recommendation...

Bought a new laptop from Link and informed them I would need help setting up with wifi printers. Everything was fine, they helped with doing that and then changed me an additional 105.00 for there help. There was no mention of this additional charge when I made the purchase or when I called back so they could help me set up. Apparently made the mistake that buying this came with customer service. Not pleased. Thought by buying local and not big box store would make a difference. I am disappointed because I informed them I would need help from the start. I recently purchased new laptop and worked with Kavon. Super nice guy, professional, pleasant, and tolerant with me and all my questions. He also was kind enough to come to my home as I have a hip problem making it difficult to go places....VERY grateful for that! He made it clear that he was available to me whenever needed.....also very appreciated, and something not as accessible with last IT person. My dog even liked him!! And he is cautious with new people. I would recommend Kavon any time. It was great to meet and work with him.

Also, I also know Tina and was very happy and comfortable talking to her as I am very poor at the technical world.
