Our visit to Good Yolk Pancake & Cafe was an absolute delight, thanks to the exceptional service from our wonderful server, Sheiana! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly greeted and enveloped in a cozy, home-like atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

Sheiana's hospitality and attentiveness were top-notch, making us feel like part of the family. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her enthusiasm for the menu was infectious!

Everything was great!

The Food: I got the gyro omelette with pancakes and a cappuccino. The omelette had a great texture and flavor and the tzatziki sauce was very refreshing. The pancake was fluffy and moist and came with whipped butter! The only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the cappuccino. It wasn't bad but it lacked sweetness and flavor and the espresso was stale and acidic. This isn't a big deal and most people wouldn't notice but as a self-proclaimed coffee stob, it is something I noticed.

The service: Amazing! Was seated right away and our server got our drink orders right away. She checked up on us and got our orders in as soon as we were ready. The food came out very quickly and refills were speedy. 10/10, Would Recommend!

The environment: It was a lovely open concept with natural window lighting spilling onto the light blue walls. I'm usually not a fan of the exposed look but the exposed vents and high ceilings were perfect to contrast the sophisticated blue and yellow modern aesthetic of the room and the hanging chandelier-esk light fixture brings the room down which is fun.

All in all, a wonderful experience with amazing food and...

First time eating here. Overall not a bad experience. I do, however, have some feedback. Love the entry, warm yellow logo and the interior is nice and clean and recently redone. I would suggest they change the light bulbs to a warm colored LED rather than the harsh, cool white LEDs. Walls are bare and white, some wall treatments, blinds and or drapes would warm up the space. Aesthetic aside...

Food options are fairly good. I ordered a skillet that for some reason came in a bowl, my wife ordered an omelet. Wait time was fine. They delivered the wrong plate to my wife which was quickly corrected. Then they had the wrong toast on her plate, again corrected, but with almost burnt toast. Food was ok. Just didn't wow me.

Value? Meh. Not sure I'd visit again. Feel like I can get a better breakfast at a lower cost at a competitor that starts with P.
