Ranch Mart Shopping Center — Local services in Overland Park

Was disappointed that we had to call because the area for handicap parking was blocked off to the public, because a group that was apparently eating there, had all their fancy Ferrari cars parked in that area and the 3 handicap spots were not being used, but they had orange cones across the drive so you couldn't enter. Ranchmart Shopping Center is great. I am so glad that the owners are sprucing it up. I am sad to see Ranchview Floral go. Guess the new generation doesn't go to florists??? Although there are so many stores/restaurants on both the north and south side to meet just about anyone's needs, my favorite is still Ranchmart Hardware. Shopping Center has had some construction improvements and is better than it was (work in progress and needs more).

The only interesting piece leftover of Ranchmart Mall: a couple of small rental offices showcases the Regnier family history museum land owner (horse rancher, turned banker) of the Ranchmart Mall from about 70 years ago .

Hardly any space is rented, smells, and only the Glenwood art movie theater...
