Horrible service. I was there to exchange an iPod case that didn't fit my new AirPods because the case was for older models. I didn't think it would be such a big deal as it was back in the packaging and unused. The lady at the register was new and didn't know how to process the exchange and lacked customer service. She rudely said she didn't know how to do it. Okay, if she doesn't know then go find out from a lead or manager- no accountability! It's her job to figure it out that's what she's getting paid for- to provide customer service. She then told us that she was going to ring up the people behind us that were also in line. That really made me upset because we're just as important as whoever is in line, we were also trying to pay and leave AND we were there FIRST. Her reasoning and thinking were so off- lack of critical thinking. All she had to do was call the manager or lead in charge and have them help us at the other register. The lead/manager was just the same. It was just annoying to have to deal with people that have no customer service and lack simple critical thinking. Read moreThe manager likes to embarrass/belittle people. I went in with a hundred dollar bill and he tried to tell me it was to light like as if it was fake. Held up the line to check it. He didnt even mark it with the marker to check he just assumed. And ended up taking it anyway. Very rude. The plave is also extremely dirty. The next day the same manager embarrassed my wife by claiming her card was a temporary card when she assured him it wasnt he then said there probably isnt enough money on the card. All because the computer kept crapping out on them. Then it finally worked and allowed her to pay. As she was walking out we could hear some young men snarling and snickering making comments on how it took her forever to pay because she didnt have enough money. Read moreToday 5/15/23 before 6 pm ,I went to buy some things , and that guy that has tattoos all over his body ......is rude as they come , mumbling under his breath as if he's disgusted to attend costumers. The old lady that use to be there was the most nicest person ,& she made you feel like going back again. This other young guy seems like he needs to go through the whole costumer service training again .....if he ever had any. If they keep that guy there, I bet you there will be issues later, because many guys out there have zero patience for disrespect / arrogance ......and they will not hold back to let him...
