I live nearby and now drive to a further location. It never fails that they are out of something and the customer service is HORRIBLE. My last visit, which was the straw that broke the camels back went like this. I walked in, I was the only customer, two employees were talking and did not ackowledge me, once they finished their conversation one young lady walked towards me and asked me what I would like, after getting 9 grain foot long out of my mouth an employee behind me started talking to the one taking my order. I paused, waited for them to finish and then proceeded with my order, after I said Tuna, she said we dont have tuna. I said no problem and left. If I posted all of my bad experiences, I could easily make 20 posts. Being out of ingredients was always normal for this location, but now the customer service tanked as well. The service is mad sketchy and you basically have to beg to get a decent amount of ingredients for the price. And the atmosphere can be tense if the patrons in line get just as frustrated. The weekend is usually better when the more experienced staff is there and you get more consistent service.
