My order was not correct. I didn't get my fried rice and I got spicy beef lo mien even though I asked for no spice, it was spicy! I called back to let them know what was missing. They are asking me if the beef lo mien has chilli flakes in them. I asked for no spice (which he said it was they called that mild). The person who answered the phone asked the box what's on the box I told what on the box mild. They only gave us a credit to use for the rice. And nothing for the lo mien because I didn't bring back, I was 30 mins away at home before we noticed it. We I will use the credit. I really they would just refund the whole order. The spring rolls were burnt and they didn't label the chicken egg rolls and didn't label the pork egg rolls. I told them about that and he said that they don't label them. Then they told me they never do and to know which one is which it look at the length of the rolls. I didn't pay $50 dollars to play a guessing game of which egg rolls which. I also think they use spring roll wraps for on their egg rolls flavors. I'm done with them after I use my credit. They also forgot my 2 pork egg...

Read moreCalled in an order at 6:30 pm & was told they no longer deliver & it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived & pd in 20 minutes. Food was not ready. After a few minutes, I asked how long. It was ready after I waited 20 minutes standing in the restaurant. It took twice as long as they said. It appeared tables were all full of people waiting. I saw several other customers ask about orders and stand waiting as I was. I got home and they forgot to give me the rice to go with General Tso's chicken. I called & they said I could come back & get it or they could give me a credit for the rice next time. So by the time I would drive another 20 minutes round trip, my food would be cold. I asked to speak to the manager, Seth said he was the manager. I asked for the name & number of his mgr & to talk to them. He put me on hold & said it was Anna & she also said those were my only 2 options. Really!? A credit for rice or come back & get it?! There's a 3rd option, I won't return, and I don't recommend anyone go there. They should have offered to deliver it to me...
