Be careful when ordering anything online from this company! It doesn't matter what is charged to your debit or credit card apparently. While I bought an item based off of what the website described it as it was nothing like the website. The measurements were wrong and I even called to double check measurements and ask questions about the item to ensure I was getting what I was looking for. When I received the item the stitching was already coming apart and pulling away from the material. It looked like a very cheap sewing job by a manufacturer that doesn't care much in quality work. I go to get a refund and they won't refund the exact amount my card shows I paid. If you want to deduct something from peoples' refunds then there should be something that explicitly says why! If you want to refund sale prices to people when a customer paid full price for it then that's shady business. When I went into the store 2 times both staff that helped were rude and I waited in line quite a while. Instead of being on your phones or leaning if there's 6 plus people in line and two customer service people are working, get off your butt and help those in line. This location lacks a kind welcoming attitude from a lot of the staff and the manager is incredibly rude. This place was way better as Cabela's when they had a restaurant upstairs and it was under different management. Now it's gone downhill. Disappointing for being Bass Pro. Pretty good service. Horrible execution on warranty work. I had my fiberglass consoles replaced under warranty due to cracking of the getcoat. My boat was in better shape before the work. Glove box is loose, windshield does not line up as well as it did and looks bad, steering tilt has about 1/4 inch of play, broken screwhead, misplaced screw, and missing decals on new. I inquired about getting these things corrected which they said they would do minus the windshield because that is "in spec". Since I would have to pull my boat 2.5 hours to get the work done and the craftsmanship was horrible the first time, I opted to just forgo the decals and do the rest of the work myself.
