I went back in January for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancé). The ring was a custom-design. I picked out my own Diamond, its dimensions, its mount, add-ins, everything. From beginning to end, every piece was priced, everything was shown as-is, and I ended up with my ring after a few weeks. Here is my verdict:

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The price was amazingly affordable, amazing customer service, and you are able to work with the employees to design, price, and build anything you want (within some restrictions like copyright laws, etc.) Hands down, the best place in Owensboro for jewelry. They beat any chain jewelry store on price and selection, and have the absolute best customer service anywhere.

Do yourself a favor, just go here. Don’t go to Roger’s, Kay’s, anything like that. Just go here first. I guarantee you won’t go anywhere...

I took my ring in to get a stone mounted and it was perfect when I got it back . At least that's what I thought not very long after getting it back the stone fell out again . I got lucky and found the stone after looking at my ring 2 of the prongs were broken off . After leaving a review on here , that has disappeared, Tommy said to bring it in he'd take care of it .
