Roses Flooring and Furniture — Local services in Oxford

I have been shopping at this Roses in Oxford for years. I also have been to other Roses stores and always come back to the Oxford location. The store is clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. I work in customer service in the auto industry so when I am out in other stores how an employee treats a customer, bad or good, really stands out to me. One employee in particular at the Roses in Oxford has always helped me with my furniture and rug buying. It’s not only me but my fiancé, mother and grandmother has made comments, what a great and helpful person he is. Mr. Dennis Parham is that person. I don’t know how long he has been there or even his title. I do know that he made shopping for rugs and furniture easy and he knows his products very well. During this time of Covid I bought some furniture and Dennis had to order everything. He made sure to call me with updates whether it was good or bad. I ordered a couch back in May and I completely understand that some businesses had to shut during covid. I can be impatient at times, especially with a new house and going months without a couch. I know some of you may think I should have went to another store and bought a couch but it was Dennis’s excellent customer service skills that gave me patience to wait for my couch. So after months of waiting this week Dennis called me with an update that my couch had finally came in!!! People are so quick to point out the bad but overlook the good. I have to say if I need a new rug or want a brand of furniture that they carry, we will definitely be traveling to Oxford to see Mr. Dennis Parham. A 5 star employee in my opinion! I highly recommend this location for any one who is looking for affordable furniture this store has it all.. from beds to vanity sets to bar and patio sets ...it’s like a girls dream come true.. also I can’t forget to mention how customer service was amazing and very helpful and patient I could be very indecisive a lot but the warm invite and just the assistance I need meant a lot to me.. I went to Roses in need of a coffee nuk for my dining room area. Wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted until I stopped by Roses furniture section and spoke with a very nice young man. Chris was very attentive to my needs and within 10 minutes he knew exactly what I wanted, the design, color all fit my taste!
