This particular pizza hut has been unsuccessful in offering the minimum that is expected of a delivery service: knowing your financial information is safe, knowing that your order is correct, and timely action if either of the two are incorrect. On my two most recent orders, on one they did not making the pizza correctly (Pan was not prepared with correct edge) and they only provided one of two sauces ordered for the family cheese sticks. When I notified them of the error, the response was they could not fix it now, as if I needed to watch them make it if I wanted the correct order.
Due to my wife being sick I ordered again when my son was hungry and asked for it. This time the order was correct, but they gave me a different person's receipt to sign for tip. When I told them the credit card number was incorrect, they told me they would bring me the correct slip. They did not, and I am worried that my card will be improperly charged. This is because the driver did not have the slip in the car (they had either gotten a signature from someone who is not me, or the person who set up the orders sent my receipt out to the wrong house). Either way, they did not bring back the receipt, even though the driver and a manager said they would. At this point I am worried I will have to contest the charge as it will bill me for something someone else signed for, with pizza hut taking no responsibility or concern. When I called the second time to ask when the receipt would arrive (after waiting at my house for 2 hours) they hung up on me. Keep in mind I ordered at 5 pm, and no one contacted me by 9 pm to let me know at least what was happening. My guess is that they gave my receipt to the wrong person and are hoping to ignore it until it goes away.

Read moreFood was good and staff were friendly my only complaint is when my wife and I arrived to pick up our order, we had to go through the drive thru, and there was a homeless person (bum) Standing in the drive thru at the window talking to an employee and he clearly saw us trying to pull up to receive our food and continued to stand there. The reason I’m really upset is because 1) I was trying to get this food to bring back to my daughter who’s in the hospital 🏥. 2) it’s unprofessional conduct. He stood there To finish his conversation and that makes the employee equally guilty because customer service comes first. So please 🙏🏻 stop entertaining drug/alcohol users and do that on your own time!!! It’s highly irresponsible and unprofessional!!! Go back and check the cameras it was after 8:30 we were in a burgundy dodge pickup subject was an African Man he was smoking a cigarette 🚬 blocking the drive thru. Read moreThe first online/pick up order I placed our pizzas were under cooked, not enough pizza sauce & the young man at the pick up window had no knowledge of the discount offered for online orders therefore I did not get the discount! The second time, we called in our order asked for extra pizza sauce & for our pizzas to be cooked longer....well no extra sauce & they were just as under cooked as the first time! Thinking perhaps a third time would be a charm, I got my husband to call it in & instead of TWO PIZZAS we only ordered one. AGAIN, requesting extra sauce & extra cook time....AND we made SURE to check it at the pick up window BEFORE driving away! Seems that it was cooked a bit longer (still could use more time in the oven especially on the thicker crust) & a bit more pizza sauce FINALLY! STILL no one has knowledge of the online discount offered for ordering online! I even kept my receipt because I was told to by the young man at the pick up window & that maybe I could come back when management is there & maybe he/she would know about it! I just threw it away!
