Subway — Restaurant in Oxford

As Subways go, this one is subpar. Meatball sub? "Out." The store-wide advertised Pit-Smoked Brisket sub? "Out." Tomatoes? Kept so cold (literally ice forming on the container) that it was like cold tomato stew. Price? Outrageous. 2 subs, 2 drinks and one bag of chips cost $21. I stated to my daughter that it was pricey given the lack of ingredients and missing options and I got confronted by the staff. I said I was not talking to them because these problems were likely not in their control. I sat down to eat and the staff mouthed off behind the counter about what I had said. I said, "You know I can hear you talking about me?" They scurried to the back room. A few minutes later they are behind the counter shouting work instructions at one another in a disturbing and not cutomer-friendly way. Just keep driving. ...

This is the last time that i ever order from this subway reason being they don't follow special instructions i clearly asked them to add extra lettuce & only a small amount of vinegar & garlic aioli, so what did they do they didn't even add the "Normal" amount of lettuce to the sandwich( way less) didn't put any spinach on at all as requested and just straight drowned the sub with vinegar & garlic aioli which just ruined a $12.00 sub. The bread was so soggy that it was just gross & after one bite i couldn't eat it and threw it out the back door to my dog. Now i clearing see why subway has fallen off so much. From now on when i want a sub i will go to jersey mikes or which wich i'm done with subway. This location made the worst sub i ever tasted & i won't ever waste my money here...

Usually the sandwiches are good. Today was not the case . I had a rotisserie chicken sandwich on very stale flatbread with provolone cheese, lettuce ,onions and pickles (I asked for only 2 and got 4) . The employee asked me if I wanted it to be toasted. I said no. She then put it in the microwave and made it so hot the cheese was melted. No different than putting it in the oven . When I went to eat my sandwich the bread was so stale it fell apart .So I had to put it on bread I had at home. For the price i paid I was very disappointed . Also my husband's Italian bread was stale. 3 stars only because the chicken and toppings were ok. We won't be going back...
