Burger King — Restaurant in Oxford

This was one of the most outlandish places I have ever eaten out. Customer service was down right horrible. Customer service was rude. Talked really loud to the point you couldn’t think. And my family was the only family or persons in the building at the time. Customer service really loved their cellphones. On them the whole time we were in there. Nice to know Burger King pays their employees to be on the phone at work. (Maybe its time for a career switch.) So when we walked in the building employees walked out the women’s bathroom laughing. Well my wife went to use the restroom before we left and couldn’t. She had to use the men’s restroom. Tables were filthy, soda area nothing but sticky from spilled sodas. But you know (phone was more important and carrying on then doing your job) Burger King management better figure something out with this location. As McDonald’s was wrapped around the drive thru and inside was busy. FYI I would go to McDonald’s or another fast food chain in this are. There are a couple. This place was like eating...

I stopped in here to grab some lunch on my way back to Chesapeake, VA from Charlotte, NC.

This BK looks like it's brand new from the outside, except for the parking lot. That needs some work filling pot holes, repaving and new parking lines painted.

However I digress. I walked inside and was able to order right way. The time was about 2pm so the lunch rush had passed. While waiting I noticed there were maybe 3 or 4 customers spread out throughout the dining room.

No problem finding a seat. I found the establishment to be newish, clean and very modern. Tables were clean, etc. My service was fast, and the staff was decent. My Whopper wasn't the prettiest I've ever seen, however the cooking and taste were exactly what they're supposed to be. The fries were also excellent and filled the container to the brim.

Based off the other reviews here I got lucky or other people that were satisfied with their visit haven't reviewed the place. I dunno. But there were no complaints from...

Stopped in on Sunday. Drive thru worker must’ve woke up on the wrong side of her bed because she was acting like someone peed in her cornflakes. We finally start ordering our food and we get told it’s a wait on a chicken sandwich so we decide to just go the infamous burger route. I mean which is fine, because who orders chicken from a burger joint. So after a very unenthusiastic order taking experience and $30 later for 2 meals ( I will pay for quality food) we get told we still have a wait… so low and behold we pull up and wait 10 mins, thinking the food would be nice and fresh, it came out as cold as Canada in the dead of winter. Not to mention it was probably the worst food we’ve had in years (it’s fast food the expectations are not high) but here we sit two days later and I still have sulfur burps from eating here. Which means the food was bad. So if you know what’s good for you, treat this place as you’d treat the white van riding through the neighborhood offering...
