So I called in on Tuesday to get a head start on my tabs and insurance. And a young lady by the name of LC helped me and she was amazing. So I go in today Wednesday 3/30/23. And omg the ppl I came in contact with rude and so unprofessional. Briana was the worst one she didn’t even asked me to have a seat they left me standing there. Briana asked me who assisted me and I told her. Briana are you sure I said yes and I paid for everything already. And still didn’t believe me. Briana LC only takes payments. I said o yea well I’m just here to show my smog check and pick up my tags. Read moreI tried to pay my car insurance bill on the day it was due, to Bristol West, who Julio’s hooked me up with originally, and it wouldn’t go through online. I also couldn’t get a hold of anybody on the phone.
I tried to call again the next day and once again couldn’t get a hold of anybody on the phone.
Called Julio’s, the insurance agent, and Erika was pretty rude overall, basically said there was nothing she could do.
If they are representing these companies that aren’t doing their job, you should at least try to do something in my opinion….
