First time we road a train and our experience was just great the man in the ticket counter was very sweet and just made everything smooth good old Customer Service we took out Pet and it wasn't a problem at all we all enjoyed our wonderful l ride down the coast line it was just Beautiful. Definitely will plan another trip I can't believe I didn't do this sooner if their was one issue I can share it was that if you never took a train before it can be intimidating and a little scary is no a boarding sign or spot explaining anything we were a Deer in headlights just froze until the train attendant...

The Oxnard Transit Center was designed by architect Joan Briggs, and it is a beautiful place to visit, efficiently designed and easy to navigate. There is a cafe, public restrooms, vibrant murals, indoor bench seating and ample free parking. The security guards are friendly and staff keeps a pretty close eye on the place, however: use caution and stay safe. Clean and comfortable train depot in Oxnard. We are using this service for transportation from Oxnard to Los Angeles, which is a great deal at $23.00 each ( especially considering the price of gas these days).
