Whiskey River Market — Local services in Ozark

I come here probably 3-4 times a week and I’m not one to complain too much but the gentleman who ‘helped me’ today was pretty rude and I will not be coming back. I pulled into the drive thru to order and the man working was busy with other customers. I realized I left my debit card in my back pocket so I opened my car door and got out to pull out my card as he was walking out to take my order and he said ‘this is a drive thru you need to stay in your car’ in the most rude tone. I’m normally helped by a shorter gentleman that’s nothing but nice, but today I had terrible service. I’ve spent loads of money at this establishment and refuse to be treated like I was today. I’ll be going to Brown Derby from now on.

^this was my original post but I changed my review to 5 stars based on my interaction today. I came through the drive thru and the owner took my order and noticed my name based on this review. He sincerely apologized and let me know that his staff has been trained on the way he expects them to treat customers and assured me that would never happen again. I have to say that every time i go to this store Tim knows exactly how to put a smile on my face. He is absolutely wonderful and both my boys love him dearly. He is the only reason we come to whisky river. When we pull in and he sees our cars, he automatically knows what we want. He has our order memorized to a T. While they had what we were looking for I’m not sure we will go back. We did ask a few questions in the drive thru about if they had certain products.
