I leave 5 stars because I come here and the products and staff are fantastic. The computer system to select product and wide variety is fairly large for a smaller town dispensary. But I have had the same issue 2 times coming here as a caregiver. They continue to give me trouble when trying to purchase for my patients. They keep requesting patient ID and patient card. I just wish they would educate themselves better on the Missouri State Law. The caregiver is intended to purchase and transport on behalf of qualifying patients regardless of the patients presence.
"19 CSR 30-95.080.2.C.1-4: (C) Dispensary facilities must, for every transaction
Receive the transaction order at the dispensary directly from the qualifying patient or primary caregiver in person, by phone, or via the internet, and not from a third party; At the time of sale, verify through the statewide track and trace system that the qualifying patient or primary caregiver is currently authorized to purchase the amount of medical marijuana requested and, in the case of a seed purchase, that the patient or primary caregiver is currently authorized to cultivate medical marijuana; In the case of a delivery order, receive payment before the medical marijuana leaves the dispensary, subject to refund if the delivery cannot be completed; and At the time of sale or delivery, require production of a qualifying patient or primary caregiver identification card, a government issued photo ID, and in the case of medical marijuana seed purchases, a patient cultivation identification card."

Read moreHandicapped individual here. Was relieved to see a drive-thru. But for whatever reason the states website wouldn't let me access the site where my card information is on. So they wouldn't sell it to me in the Drive-Thru. Said they don't do recreational sales through the drive-thru. I drove 20 minutes to get there for some very specific strains I haven't seen elsewhere so I was getting them. Who cares about the 3% medical card discount. But I missed out on the percentage of it being and medical sale that they only have on Wednesdays due to the stupid States website. All in all it was a pretty stupid experience. Won't be going back and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone. *Yes I know I could print my card, but one wouldn't expect the website should be down either. Especially not for days in a row. Also, it should have been able to find something if they lived because I had been to another dispensary earlier that same day for more upscale type strains and guess who was able to locate my information? No, I had never been said or any of their affiliates either. Really makes a difference where are you go and the quality of help you get or in this case don't. Anywhere you go, if it's not a good experience just don't go back. It's not like we don't have...
Read more09/03/2023UpDate we figured out that the budtenders at Verts are not giving back change..... I was told my total was $87.00, and I even said $87 even, huh? What are the chances? And sure enough, when I got home and read my receipt, it said $86.81, not $87. So I called, and they claimed, "They are rounding up to the nearest dollar instead of 'burden us with a bunch of change." I ask, what makes you think I don't want my change . And then I ask where does that money go?? is that going to Vert's pocket. I was assured no. I asked where your sign is for this is. ..there is not one! They said they have been doing it this way since they opened. I just want everyone to know this! * The rewards system has flaws. You can not ever use the discounts. Every time I say, apply my rewards to the total . They come back with " well you save over $14 already." Now I completely understand not discounting an already discounted item like flower is on sale in weds. However , if there are other items in my cart that are not on sale , those too should be discounted if I had earned the rewards. Why can I not use them. They even sent my husband and myself separate emails stating they missed us , and here are 50 rewards points for...
