When you go inside. They're in the kitchen and I had to yell out to them four times before anyone walked over to the counter. Which is maybe 5 feet away if that. It's a very small establishment. They might want to put a bell or door ringer on there. It looks like they haven't had anyone dine in there for like the last 20 years or so. There's also stuff that has been stored in a glass countertop like shelving for everyone to see right next to their ordering counter. They do have two dining tables and some bar stools and a bar like countertop for you to sit at and wait for your food. I got a whole order and a half order of their house special fried rice, I also got a large order of their chicken chow mein which is a whole order, I also got one whole order of their hot braised chicken. I did not see the hot braised chicken on the menu so I asked the old lady that was assisting me. She's the one that said yes that they have it. The lady then came to me three different times with three different types of noodles asking me if it was the correct noodles for the number 20 which is the chicken chow mein. All three times I told her that they were the wrong noodle. She said okay and then never asked me about the noodles again. These are what I received. I received the whole and half order of how special fried rice. Which has absolutely no taste to it at all (not even a little bit of salt taste from the different types of meats being used. Wouldn't really call it fried rice. More like steamed and then thrown quickly into a hot wok that was seasoned with cooking oil. I did a close up on the house fried rice to show that you can't even see any seasoning. Along with the meat still being slightly mushy because it sure isn't fried. I received the hot braised chicken which is more like a dull orange chicken that has a very light orange chicken taste but not hot at all. The hot braised chicken also came with two small orders of white rice. The white rice was extremely mushy, and had no taste. I zoomed in on it to show the mush. Lol. Then I received the chicken chow mein. Which definitely is not any type of chicken chow mein. That is the picture of the item that is in the cup with the fried noodles in front of it. Don't get this. I don't know what it is. It smells like chicken. The liquid taste like a celery/bean sprout/chicken bouillon taste. But there is absolutely no chicken in there. They have something that they put in there that they would like me to believe is chicken. But I don't think so. The zoomed in picture of the cup with the fork in it. Is the thing that they want you to believe is chicken. I spent a total of $36.29. and in spending that money I have learned not to go back to this establishment. Their food taste how the outside of their business looks. I would also suggest maybe having someone that is able to read and understand your own menu taking orders. Not the old lady that assisted me. She was nice, but obviously couldn't get the job done correctly.

My boyfriend and I wanted an easy dinner. I got the general tso’s and it was good as always. My boyfriend however ordered Shrimp Chow mein. I dont know we got but it wasnt what we ordered so we drove back. When I told the lady at the front that we didnt order that she told me “chow mein is different then lo mein”…..i didnt feel like fighting so we left. im sorry but chow mein and lo mein BOTH have noodles? not just chopped up lettuce and onion in some broth.

So to take off where AH left off. Not everyone gets the same great service as you do. If there is a problem then it should be addressed. I can arrest to the other review saying, "the lady is short tempered and frustrated easily." She is! My disabled sister ordered our food from her over the phone and she was rude to my sister when she couldn't understand her. She was nice as pie to me when I picked it up. When I got home we realized one of the dishes were wrong. We ordered beef fried rice. The lady in her rudeness mis -heard my sister and though she said steamed rice. We were not angry at all, but did want the mistake fixed. When my sister called she couldn't understand her and got frustrated and hung up on my sister. Her husband had to call back, she then attempted to understand, but kept saying I no mess up, I change you for white rice. And that's where the simple mistake took a bad turn, and ended with me making this post. She kept trying to tell us we weren't charged for beef fried rice, but for white rice. When we tried to make her understand it doesn't matter what we were charged, we want beef not white. We had expected to pay for the beef, because that's what was wanted. We had several people eating and one person's food was reduced to about nothing. . All we wanted was the problem fixed. But her rudeness and not wanting to hear the issue caused us to not ever want to eat there again. So while yes everyone has a different experience, it's not ok to question one's over yours because you get a better one that someone else. It was clear she didn't want to talk to my sister who she couldn't understand, and when I was able to speak to her liking she was nice. But then when she couldn't understand my issue, she became rude again. So maybe you haven't had a problem with the place and good for you. But if you ever do, just remember if there's a communication barrier she will get rude. And I don't care if that's in the u.s. or China, or the antarctic.......

Go to the one in Eureka by Walmart before here! First time ordering from this place since it’s so close to my house hoping I’d have a good experience and it was not by any means. Ordered my food over the phone, had to repeat one of the orders 3 times for clarification to make sure it was going to be correct. The fourth try, finally got repeated correctly to me. I did not receive a time frame when it would be done, or price that it would be. Picked up the order and 2 out of the three things I ordered was correct. My beef fried rice was given to me as pork and shrimp. I have a shellfish allergy so I called up there to let them know I received the wrong order they were very rude about the situation. Told me that they didn’t charge me for beef fried rice and I reminded them I had to tell them several time to clarify about the beef fried rice order. Both male and female there were rude and interrupt me multiple times about trying to fix the order. They told me they were not making a new one because they charge me for something I did not order. I told them I wanted it fixed or my money back. I honestly would not recommend this place AT ALL!! You get called a liar and rudeness from this place and I have never been treated that way by a restaurant. I’m not one to complain about places because of misunderstanding, it happens we are humans but don’t call me a...
