this will be the only food review i ever post because genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, i hate this taco bell. today was my last straw.
i got the cantina chicken burrito and when i opened the wrapping, there was a slit in the side of my burrito that had OLD N COLD chicken and sauce oozing out of it. i thought “oh well, that sucks, but oh well” as i took a bite. my mouth was instantly flooded with straight chipotle sauce. i was drowning in this sauce. i powered through two more bites of straight sauce with nothing else at the beginning of my burrito. once i got to the rest of the ingredients the chicken was stale and a weird brown color. (i’ve gotten this burrito before at many different taco bell’s and the chicken never tasted or looked like it did today.) there’s little lettuce and NO purple cabbage. the avocado ranch flooded the other side of my burrito and leaked out of a SECOND hole that was in my poor burrito.
So… i toss this burrito away after unraveling the horrible folded tortilla and seeing the THEFT of my purple cabbage, the SEA of sauces, and the AGE of my chicken. “it’s okay.” i tell myself, because i had ordered a supreme crunchy taco to pair with the burrito. “surely my taco will at least be okay” NO. ❌ WRONG. the shell was soft and oily tasting! there was sour cream all over my taco and inside of the wrapper!! when i picked my taco up the shell was so soft and mushy it fell apart!!! when i tried making a taco salad out of it i could barely separate the shell with my fork!!!! and the meat was OLD.
AND THESE TWO ITEMS WITH MY SODA THAT HAD LITTLE SYRUP IN IT COST ME 13 US DOLLARS.
never again. Pacific taco bell is like a toxic ex that i keep going back to hoping they change and are better. i gotta put me first.

Read moreThe manager at this location is very rude and doesn’t put the customer first. Several times I’ve been there and was told they couldn’t take a debit card. She purposely dumped the change from a cash order backwards on the tray and it went all over the ground. I went with my Grandaughter one day and was told they didn’t have enough workers to fill our order. I proceeded to tell her my Grandaughter was 16 and needed a job. She told us she didn’t want to hire someone that was getting ready to go back to school after summer break was over. My Grandaughter said she wasn’t going to school and she was very rude and said I definitely wouldn’t hire you because you’re a drop out. She had know right to say that. She didn’t know her situation and I believe that’s considered discrimination. Tonight my daughter went there to place an order and they said they refused to serve her. She said that only because we order our food special which they charge for. I’ve known multiple people that have went there when this older manager is working and they have all said she is very rude and disrespectful. My daughter called me from the drive thru line. I said get her name and the young man at the drive thru window said they didn’t have to give her name. If anyone else has had problems with this manager please comment about your experience with her and maybe they will find a manager that has good customer service. My entire family and friends drive to Eureka now...
Read moreCan I put a negative review on this??? We ordered from here and they only gave us half of our order. Maybe 10 seconds after leaving the location, we realized we didn't have all of our order, so we called to let them know. Whoever answered the phone basically called her customers liars and said that they gave us our whole order, when they did not. She started off by repeating to us an order that was not ours, and when we told her our order she told us that every thing was packed in our bag. We tried to explain to her that we only received 4 of the 7 items we order and she argued with us telling us that she had packed everything in the bag and that it was full when she gave it to us. If she had packed the bag with everything we ordered, we would not of had to call back saying that we were missing items and we would not have to write this review. So from now on, the Taco Bell in Pacific, MO will not receive any business from several people because of this incident. We will choose to go to the Eureka, MO, location instead. And I'm sure you'll think that it doesn't really matter, but I hope that whoever answered phone at the Pacific location tonight gets a nice talking to by their boss/corporate or gets fired, because what I experienced tonight was down right poor...
