I placed a large ($68) order on the app. I arrived about 5 minutes after it said it would be ready. There were no cars in the drive thru ahead of me and only a car or two in the parking lot. I told the guy that I have a mobile order for Rose and he said, you can come inside and pick that up. I sat there for a minute just surprised and annoyed. I work in a restaurant drive thru myself and even with cars wrapped around the building I would never say that. I drove to the window and showed him my handicapped parking permit and repeated, I have a mobile pick up for Rose. He said yeah, I told you that you can come inside and pick that up. I just sat and waited for him to get my order, fuming. I can’t believe that an able bodied worker, getting paid, can’t be bothered to walk over to the staging area and hand out the order, especially after being shown that I am handicapped. I work hard for my money and to pay that much for my family’s meal and be treated that way is just beyond rude. I used the link in the app to send a complaint and it kept showing a blank page after I hit the submit button. Later I checked my email and it had multiple responses, and a bunch of “tickets” so even the app...
Read moreIt was my daughter-in-law's birthday so I took the family out to eat. The place was dirty but we stayed because we were all hungry. First of all the high chair was filthy and I had asked for a clean towel so I clean the highchair, someone came out and clean it up and then it was soaking wet then I had to go up and ask for a dry towel so I could wipe off the high chair and the table. The chicken that I had ordered look like it was sitting around for awhile the breading was off the chicken parts so we ask for new one. I had ordered an extra container of green beans and they were half full, half full but this time I was really getting aggravated so I had to go up and ask to fill the container up and the gal rolled her eyes at me. I'm 72 years old I don't need that in my life. My family was very disappointed and I was ashamed. We ate quietly, cleaned up our mess and we left. It'll be awhile before we'll go back to...
Read morePulled up at 8:50 to place our order. No one came over the loud speaker even after I said hello 3 times. I might add here that all lights were on inside and out and signage stated they are open until 10:00. I pulled up to the window where 2 ladies stood filling the cup area. I sat there and eventually made eye contact with one young lady then they continued to ignore me while standing at the window. I decided to honk which brought another young lady up who made eye contact with me then ventured back around the corner. I decided to call while they continued to stand at the window never acknowledging my presence. Dare I say of course they did not answer the phone. I understand staffing shortages and closing early but this was unacceptable customer service. They could have opened the window and said I’m sorry we have closed for...
