I only had 20 min. To check it out which is definitely not enough time but from what I've seen I can't wait to go back!!!! UPDATE: So, I got to go back and I have to say I'm not impressed. It's clean and the young lady at the door greeted my daughter and I very cheerfully and nice. She explained the deals they were having for back to school and away we went!! The 1st. Isle we went down was the shoes 🙄🙄 1st. Pair I picked up is a pair of Nike shoes. They were very well used and about as plain as Nike gets and also freakin 45 buck so we move on... I picked up another pair of what I thought was Nike but it was NOT it was New Balance also very well used and those were 30!!! I thought New Balance was like the great value for Walmart boy was u wrong. So we moved on to the clothes and we won't be going back here for their used but VERY expensive EVERYTHING. 50 bucks for a pair of miss me jeans with a hole in the butt that needed to be sewed lol 18.99 for a long sleeve shirt 40 bucks for SOME LEGGINGS. That is a hard no. This place is no diff than any other thrift store and they price gouge. The "high end" of a Nike shoe makes zero difference if they are very well used such as pealing of the colors fuz balls all over the shoe laces and some stains. Just because something brand new was 100 bucks definitely does not mean you should charge 45 for them. I bought a pair of leggings in the short amount of time I had the 1st. Time I went and when I got home realized there was a hole in the crotch. So I stand firm in my review and people can buy miss me jeans for 20 bucks on Facebook market place that are in way better shape than y'all's.

I used to love shopping here once in awhile, though I noticed a lot of times I was seeing things that I had seen the day before at the goodwill down the street. The prices are typically high but once in awhile you’ll find something worth the value. Unfortunately, after being humiliated with a shrill scream just as I walked through the door with my medium size shoulder bag, and told I was not allowed to have a purse at all, I decided I would never bother to darken their doorstep again. You’re allowed your policies but your delivery was severely lacking and off putting. If you had asked nicely, I’d have reconsidered simply doing what I did, leaving, and having such a strong distaste in my mouth about the experience, I came here to relay my experience to others. So, back to the goodwill with me, maybe I’ll bring a tiny check card wallet one day to see how much I’ve saved by shopping elsewhere. I wish them the absolute BEST.

If you love the thrill of the hunt, Between Friends Consignment is your kind of place. They have everything and I mean everything. Books, DVDs, shoes, clothes, furniture, electronics, purses, skateboards... if you can dream it, it’s probably tucked somewhere in there. That said, some of the pricing had me blinking in Morse code. I saw a small living room chair priced at $600, and for a second, I thought maybe it came with free therapy sessions. It didn’t. At that point, you might as well hit up a new furniture store and get something with a warranty. But the sheer amount of stuff packed into this place makes it worth checking out, especially when they’re running deals. Catch the right sale, and you might just walk out with a treasure instead of a receipt that makes you question your life choices.

A family day out hitting up consignment shops, antique stores and thrift stores, this was our first stop and set the tone for the day sadly. About 20 foot in we were approached with a “ can’t have that, can’t have that in here “ didn’t even realise she was talkin to us at first, till she gauged the size of my daughters purse, then the size of my wife’s cross body like she’s some kind of authority, shoulda walked out then but noooo, we went ahead and did as the warden instructed and put em up in the lockers like we just got to the water park or somethin. Just got better from there, old fella in the middle section with knick knacks in the cases thought it was ok to put his hand on our oldest daughters shoulder, WRONG . We start makin sure all the kiddos are with us so we can go ahead and get outta county lockup, confused the hell out of my youngest boy why an employee watched his every move in the toy section, like… yall got some rare Pokémon mixed in there or somethin? Sorry we didn’t walk in with our lulu lemon apparel and Starbucks coffee in hand, but when you see some people walking around with purses and bags and others bein told they need to secure their goblin loot bags , you get the impression this is possibly the most judgmental place to shop in the area, your next door to harbor freight, lose the big head …. Or don’t, either way,...

When it first opened, I really enjoyed it. I still think that it is clean and organized which is very nice when shopping consignment. I tend to think the prices run 40-50% of retail. I haven’t been really pleased the last year or two. My most recent experience, this last week, I found a doll for my baby and a hardback book in great condition. When I pushed the button on the doll, it only repeated three words of her catchphrase. I was still willing to buy it, but thought a discount should be given. The employee said she would check with her boss. When she came back her boss’ response was that they check everything when it comes in, so no discount would be given. I get that, but the doll was no longer working. Her suggestion was to replace the batteries. So I had no way of knowing whether it would work or not and they still wanted full price. In addition, when the cashier was taking the tags off of the book, she ripped the inside cover and didn’t acknowledge, apologize, or say anything. She just shut the book. When I said something, she opened it and still said nothing. Ultimately, I doubt I shop there much anymore. I think the prices have gotten too high and I don’t feel like I have been treated like a valued customer the last few times I have been in, as described by my...
