Unlike every other fast food restaurant, Subway is the one place we know we can go where our order isn't going to be missing items, or have something on the sandwich that we asked to be left off. That's because they talk to you while they are making the sandwich. Even if you go through the drive-thru, this is still usually the case. You're giving your order to the person as they are making it. This cuts down on mistakes more than anyone probably realizes. If I could actually eat sandwiches every day, I'd probably go to Subway everyday because the customer service is just better than other fast food places. The whole ordering process was obviously designed with customer service in mind. This is also one of the easier places to get something that isn't completely unhealthy, but I think most people know Subway for that, anyway. Read moreUPDATE 2/10/24: Well, I guess it is too much to ask for this Subway location to do any better. I thought I'd give them one LAST chance to make it right. Ordered two footlong sandwiches for my elderly mother and I. I SPECIFICALLY asked for curbside pickup so my 86 yr old mother would NOT have to get out of the car since she was picking the order up. Not only did they not bring the order to her car, they refused to answer the phone multiple times when i tried calling them to let them know she was there to pick up the order!! And if that wasn't bad enough, these idiots still cannot follow instructions or follow customers orders as to how they want their sandwiches made!! Manager/Owner you really need to do better in who you hire and train!!
I asked for mayo on my footlong ALL American sub. They literally put what looked like a drop of mayo on each half of my sandwich! Couldn't even taste or see it! It was the most bland sandwich ever! Is it really that hard to follow...

The man was the only worker and I could understand his attitude somewhat of it had been busy BUT there was nobody in the lobby.....there was nobody else in the drive threw. We asked the pricing of a drink which apparently this shop only has one size and he wasn't happy to tell us. We asked for root beer and apparently this shop doesn't have it.... we asked what cookies they had and he literally rolled his eyes at us. Apparently asking him to do his job was more than he could handle so he responded by being very rude. To top it all off the bread was tough and chewy like leather.
