Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Paducah

My roommate ordered a pizza through the app. The trip from store to table at home was roughly 5 minutes as we live fairly close. Opened box to review the pizza and it was cold as well as poorly cut. Cheese looks old as well. I was served a waste pizza instead of a freshly cooked. The store also pulled it out of their portal which means they shoved a shelved pizza in their temp warmer they call the pizza portal I’m guessing to save product waste. Unacceptable guys. How could you do your guy butter toes this way ? And how will you make it right ? Well I went there tonight for take out and there was lots of people waiting for food they ordered already 1 guy waited over half hour for hot and ready pizza that was already ready to go someone else's pizza was ready and was sat on counter for 20 minutes was still there on counter when I left i for home pizza was all cold as well had to microwave it before I ate it and all the stuffed crazy bread I got was fresh but all smashed like a crepe would go back but really hope next time is a better experience cause I think they were training someone up front tonight and she was just thrown out to the wolves trying to figure it out without help up front cause the drive thru was moving at a good speed and they were keeping up with that but the take out lobby was chaos i hope someone hears this and talk to the crew at little Ceasars in paducah on lone oak st make things a better experience for everyone in the future would be...

Went in, to grab a pizza & leave. I noticed the person leaving as I was going in didn't have a pizza or anything in hand. He was just holding his little boy's hand. As I went in, no one was in the lobby area, the manager & workers were laughing, & the manager (still laughing) said "sorry, we can't speak Spanish! This is America!" I walked up to the register, realizing what happened, giving the manager a bad look. Holding in my anger towards them, the only thing I could do was turn around & walk out. I saw the workers working on pizzas without gloves on, Employees making impressions & making fun of customers. They are very unprofessional, disgusting, ignorant, people.
