Kroger — Local services in Paducah

i have never had worse service than i do every single month at the bill pay center at this particular kroger. they claim to be open and will be randomly closed without even posting a sign and after waiting for 35 minutes for someone to notice you a manager says “oh haha were not doing that today there’s not enough staff.” today was the fastest i’ve ever been able to get someone to come to the counter to help me and it was only 10 minutes! might have been longer if i wasn’t jumping up and down raising my hand so someone would say “hey, someone over there might need to pay their bills... maybe i should go over there and help!” it’s ridiculous and it makes me dread going inside. too bad there are no other bill pay services nearby that i know of, i would never set foot...

Review for western union branch at this Kroger. I am Shopping at this pleace for ower 20 years Western Union lady, and If I ask you why you need my phone number, I expect you to explain that to me. And not imply that I don't want to give it to you ,turn your back on me and tell me ,that you need to pick up your children from school. I am not your husband, I just need to transfer money to Europe. If you don't know how to do that, that's fine nobody is perfect, but stop playing games ower your ego. That's rude. AND DOES NOT STORE MANAGER SUPPOSED TO COMMUNICATE TORNADO WARNING WITH CUSTOMERS?...

Kroger Hannan Plaza is one of my favorite Kroger Grocery stores to shop at in Paducah!

Good people.

They really are good with their customer service and attention to detail.

I especially appreciate the customer service desk at this store which has bill pay and Western Union services. Truly nice for paying your bills on time, cashing a check if you don't have a bank or liquor store where you trade, or sending a western union money gram or getting a money order and stamps.

This is a really good spot in my opinion to go for that and more at Kroger Hannan Plaza in...
