Midtown Market — Local services in Paducah

I wish there was a way to post without giving even one star. I simply wanted to let the on duty supervisor know that the staff may not be that knowledgeable about their products since I had called a few days earlier for a product that I was told they do not carry, and I ended up ordering said product off line. I could barely open my mouth without this man jumping to defense and then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't help if I was "offended" that the average 18 year old didn't know what products that the store carried. While I tried to explain to him that it wasn't anything offensive and that I attempt to shop locally rather than Amazon although I am a prime member and have recently looked into Thrive Market. He attempted to argue with me and I simply walked away. I make it a point to shop their especially since I eat organic and sometimes look for vegan options. I almost put the items in my basket away because I hate to shop somewhere after being treated so awfully. I instead paid and will from here on out get as much as I need from whole foods in Nashville. I refuse to ever give this store another dime and I know it may not hurt their business but at least I'll feel better about it. Usually the staff are very friendly, this was my first encounter with said supervisor and was the last thing I needed since I was stopping in for a quick snack due to a family member being transported from our hometown to ICU...

I enjoy going to Midtown market & shop their often. I purchase their meals to go & soup all the time. The meals taste wonderful, are nutritious & economically feasible. As a senior citizen I love the fact they are ready made meals that have improved my health & has helped me lose weight. I do not mind paying a little more to purchase high quality well prepared food that taste homemade & great. The only suggestion I have is I wish there menu for ready made meals would be more varied & choices offer would change frequently. I know their lasagna, meat loaf, etc are best sellers but I wish we could purchase other choices since they are offered every single week. I just skip those days most of the time. My husband and I moved to town a few months back, and we finally stumbled upon Midtown Market, and now we can’t get enough of it! The food is just fantastic. Seriously, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. My go-to sandwich is the Johnny Appleseed—it's out of this world! We also tried their Thanksgiving Day sandwich, and wow, it was amazing. Plus, we picked up our Thanksgiving dinner from them on Wednesday night, and it was just delicious.
