I really do love this store but i have had alot of problems with them. I ask for a shirt to be held when i got there they didnt hold it: then i placed a order for cubside pick up went there and the lady told me they ran out of stock on a shirt i ordered and it was online so they refunded me but i didnt know this until i got there. They should have gotton ahold of me sooner so i could have ordered something else. But they never gave me that opportunity. Then today i go pick up some shoes i ordered online i try them on before i lefted and they are to big so i ask if they have a different size they didnt so the lady said ill give you instore credit im like again ok come to find out they was final sale. All it said when i ordered it that is was on sale not final sale. So she wouldnt even give me instore credit or exchange nothing. So now im stuck with a pair of shoes that i cant even wear. I placed a order for pick up and they mailed it to me. Why would i have my jeans and shirt mailed to me but go pick up my shoes when i live 20 min away. I just dont think this is right i work hard for my money and if i wanted to throw money away i would have thrown it out the window. I really do love this place and have spent alot of money in there and i buy alot of my clothes from there. But i dont know if i well anymore. Very southern boho faux Nashville chic. It's not bad if it is your style. The only problem is that there is ONE style! I took my daughter to go shopping there are 2.5 cuts of top. You can get any color and pattern in those 2.5 styles of top, but that's all there is. There were also runs if jeans. Every wash, every wear and hole placement, every color- but ONE cut off jean. If the style and lines of that one city is for you, you are in high heaven and you can ship till you drop! If not, it's a 90 second visit.

I get what they are trying to accomplish. I understand who they want their customer to be. Unfortunately, they have pigeon holed their customer into a specific archetype that always wears the same thing. Maybe it's what the owner likes to wear? It's definitely a one note closet! Hopefully...
